کیا تم ان سے کوئی اجر مانگتے ہو کہ یہ زبر دستی پڑی ہوئی چٹّی کے بوجھ تلے دبے جاتے ہیں؟1

  1. سوال کا اصل روئے سخن کفار کی طرف ہے ۔ مطلب یہ ہے کہ اگر رسول تم سے کوئی غرض رکھتا اور اپنی کسی ذاتی منفعت کے لیے یہ ساری دوڑ دھوپ کر رہا ہوتا تو اس سے تمہارے بھاگنے کی کم از کم ایک معقول وجہ ہوتی۔ مگر تم خود جانتے ہو کہ وہ اپنی اس دعوت میں بالکل بے غرض ہے اور محض تمہاری بھلائی کے لیے اپنی جان کھپا رہا ہے ۔ پھر کیا وجہ ہے کہ تم ٹھنڈے دل سے اس کی بات سننے تک کے روادار نہیں ہو؟ اس سوال میں ایک لطیف تعریض بھی ہے ۔ ساری دنیا کے بناوٹی پیشوا اور مذہبی آستانوں کے مجاوروں کی طرح عرب میں بھی مشرکین کے پیشوا اور پنڈت اور پروہت کھلا کھلا مذہبی کاروبار چلا رہے تھے ۔ اس پر یہ سوال ان کے سامنے رکھ دیا گیا کہ ایک طرف یہ مذہب کے تاجر ہیں جو علانیہ تم سے نذریں ، نیازیں ، اور ہر مذہبی خدمت کی اجرتیں وصول کر رہے ہیں ۔ دوسری طرف ایک شخص کامل بے غرضی کے ساتھ، بلکہ اپنے تجارتی کاروبار کو برباد کر کے تمہیں نہایت معقول دلائل سے دین کا سیدھا راستہ دکھانے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے ۔ اب یہ سریح بے عقلی نہیں تو اور کیا ہے کہ تم اس سے بھاگتے اور ان کی طرف دوڑتے ہو۔

کیا آپ ان لوگوں سے کوئی اجرت طلب کر رہے ہیں کہ یہ تاوان کے بوجھ تلے دبے جا رہے ہیں ؟

Commentary

آیت 40{ اَمْ تَسْئَلُہُمْ اَجْرًا فَہُمْ مِّنْ مَّغْرَمٍ مُّثْقَلُوْنَ۔ } ”کیا آپ ان لوگوں سے کوئی اجرت طلب کر رہے ہیں کہ یہ تاوان کے بوجھ تلے دبے جا رہے ہیں ؟“ یہاں پر پے در پے سوالات کا انداز خصوصی تاثیر کا حامل ہے۔ یہ مقام زور خطابت ‘ فصاحت ‘ بلاغت ‘ ادبیت اور عذوبت کے حوالے سے گویا قرآن کی معراج ہے۔ ظاہر بات ہے ان تمام سوالات کا جواب نفی میں ہے۔
