Commentary
آیت 32{ اَمْ تَاْمُرُہُمْ اَحْلَامُہُمْ بِہٰذَآ اَمْ ہُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُوْنَ۔ } ”کیا ان کی عقلیں انہیں یہی کچھ سکھا رہی ہیں یا یہ ہیں ہی سرکش لوگ ؟“ مشرکین کے ایمان نہ لانے کی یہ دو ہی ممکنہ وجوہات تھیں۔ یا تو واقعتا انہیں بات سمجھ نہیں آرہی تھی اور ان کی عقلیں انہیں یہی سکھاتی تھیں کہ محمد ﷺ جو کچھ کہہ رہے ہیں یہ محض شاعری اور ان کا من گھڑت کلام ہے۔ دوسرا امکان یہ تھا کہ بات ان کی سمجھ میں بھی آتی تھی اور ان کے دل گواہی بھی دیتے تھے کہ یہ سب کچھ درست ہے مگر وہ اپنی سرکشی ‘ ضد اور عناد کی وجہ سے انکار پر جمے رہنے کو ترجیح دیتے تھے۔ اور حقیقت یہی ہے کہ محمد رسول اللہ ﷺ کی مخالفت میں یہ ساری باتیں وہ عقل سے نہیں بلکہ سراسر ضد ‘ عناد اور ہٹ دھرمی کی بنا پر کر رہے تھے۔ دراصل نفس انسانی کی سرکشی بھی دریا کی طغیانی کی طرح ہے جس کے سامنے منطق ‘ تدبیر ‘ کوشش وغیرہ کسی کی نہیں چلتی۔ بقول الطاف حسین حالی : ؎دریا کو اپنی موج کی طغیانیوں سے کام کشتی کسی کی پار ہو یا درمیاں رہے !
