Surah 51, ayah 28

  1. فَاَوْجَسَتو اس نے محسوس کیا
  2. مِنْهُمْان سے
  3. خِیْفَةً ؕخوف
  4. قَالُوْاانہوں نے کہا
  5. لَانہ
  6. تَخَفْ ؕتم ڈرو
  7. وَبَشَّرُوْهُاور انہوں نے خوشخبری دی اس کو
  8. بِغُلٰمٍلڑکے کی
  9. عَلِیْمٍجاننے والے۔ علم والے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

پھر وہ اپنے دل میں ان سے ڈرا۔1 انہوں نےکہا ڈریے نہیں، اور اُسے ایک ذی علم لڑکے کی پیدائش کا مژدہ سنایا۔2

  1. یعنی جب ان کے ہاتھ کھانے کی طرف نہ بڑھے تو حضرت ابراہیمؑ کے دل میں خوف پیدا ہوا۔ اس خوف کی وجہ یہ بھی ہو سکتی ہے کہ اجنبی مسافروں کا کسی کے گھر جا کر کھانے سے پرہیز کرنا، قبائلی زندگی میں اس بات کی علامت ہوتا ہے کہ ہو کسی برے ارادے سے آئے ہیں۔ لیکن اغلب یہ ہے کہ ان کے اس اجتناب ہی سے حضرت ابراہیم سمجھ گئے کہ یہ فرشتے ہیں جو انسانی صورت میں آئے ہیں، اور چونکہ فرشتوں کا انسانی شکل میں آنا بڑے  غیر معمولی حالات میں ہوتا ہے اس لیے آپ کو خوف لا حق ہوا کہ کوئی خوفناک معاملہ در پیش ہے جس کے لیے یہ حضرات اس شان سے تشریف لائے ہیں۔

  2. سورہ ہود میں تصریح ہے کہ یہ حضرت اسحاق سے ان کو حضرت یعقوب علیہ السلام جیسا پوتا نصیب ہو گا۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

تو اس نے ان کی طرف سے دل میں اندیشہ محسوس کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا : آپ ڈریں نہیں۔ اور انہوں نے اسے بشارت دی ایک صاحب علم بیٹے کی۔

Commentary

آیت 28{ فَاَوْجَسَ مِنْہُمْ خِیْفَۃًط } ”تو اس نے ان کی طرف سے دل میں اندیشہ محسوس کیا۔“ مہمانوں کے کھانا تناول نہ کرنے پر حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کو اندیشہ لاحق ہوا کہ شاید یہ لوگ میرے دشمن ہیں ‘ مجھے نقصان پہنچانا چاہتے ہیں اور اسی لیے میرا نمک کھانے سے احتراز کر رہے ہیں۔ پرانے زمانے کے لوگ دشمنی میں بھی شرافت دکھاتے تھے۔ اگر کسی کا نمک کھالیا جاتا تو اس کے بعد اسے نقصان پہنچانے کا نہیں سوچا جاتا تھا۔ { قَالُوْا لَا تَخَفْ ط } ”انہوں نے کہا : آپ ڈریں نہیں۔“ { وَبَشَّرُوْہُ بِغُلٰمٍ عَلِیْمٍ۔ } ”اور انہوں نے اسے بشارت دی ایک صاحب علم بیٹے کی۔“ صاحب علم بیٹے سے مراد حضرت اسحاق علیہ السلام ہیں جن کی پیدائش کی بشارت فرشتوں نے دی۔
