آسمان ہی میں ہے تمہارا رزق بھی اور وہ چیز بھی جس کاتم سے وعدہ کیا جا رہا ہے۔1

آسمان سے مراد یہاں علام بالا ہے۔ رزق سے مراد وہ سب کچھ جو دنیا میں انسان کو جینے اور کام کرنے کے لیے دیا جاتا ہے۔ اور مَاتُوْعَدُوْنَ سے مراد قیامت، حشر و نشر، محاسبہ و باز پرس، جزا و سزا، اور جنت و دوزخ ہیں جن کے رونما رہنے کا وعدہ تمام کتب آسمانی میں اور اس قرآن میں کیا جاتا رہا ہے۔ ارشاد الٰہی کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ عالم بالا ہی سے یہ فیصلہ ہوتا ہے کہ تم میں سے کس کو کیا کچھ دنیا میں دیا جائے، اور وہیں سے یہ فیصلہ بھی ہونا ہے کہ تمہیں باز پرس اور جزائے اعمال کے لیے کب بلایا جائے۔

آیت 22{ وَفِی السَّمَآئِ رِزْقُکُمْ وَمَا تُوْعَدُوْنَ۔ } ”اور آسمان میں تمہارا رزق ہے اور وہ بھی جس کا تم سے وعدہ کیا جا رہا ہے۔“ اللہ تعالیٰ کی طرف سے تمہارا رزق بھی طے شدہ ہے اور تمہارے جنت یا دوزخ میں جانے کا فیصلہ بھی اسی کی مشیت سے ہونا ہے۔
