Tafheem-ul-Quran

انہوں نے ایک دُوسرے کو بُرے افعال کے ارتکاب سے روکنا چھوڑ دیا تھا،1 بُرا طرز عمل تھا جو اُنہوں ے اختیار کیا

  1. ہر قوم کا بگاڑ ابتداءً چند افراد ے شروع ہوتا ہے ۔ اگر قوم کا اجتماعی ضمیر زندہ ہوتا ہے تو رائے عام ان بگڑے ہوئے افراد کو دبائے رکھتی ہے اور قوم بحیثیت مجموعی بگڑنے نہیں پاتی۔ لیکن اگر قوم ان افراد کے معاملہ میں تساہل شروع کر دیتی ہے اور غلط کار لوگوں کو ملامت کرنے کے بجائے انہیں سوسائیٹی میں غلط کاری کے لیے آزاد چھوڑ دیتی ہے، تو پھر رفتہ رفتہ وہی خرابی جو پہلے چند افراد تک محدُود تھی ، پُوری قوم میں پھیل کر رہتی ہے۔ یہی چیز تھی جو آخر کار بنی اسرائیل کے بگاڑ کی موجب ہوئی۔ حضرت داؤد ؑ اور حضرت عیسیٰ ؑ کی زبان سے جو لعنت بنی اسرائیل پر کی گئی  اس کے لیے ملاحظہ ہو زبور 1۰ و 5۰ اور متی 23۔

یہ لوگ ایک دوسرے کو نہیں روکتے تھے ان منکرات سے جو وہ کرتے تھے بہت ہی برا طرز عمل تھا جو انہوں نے اختیار کیا

Commentary

آیت 79 کَانُوْا لاَ یَتَنَاہَوْنَ عَنْ مُّنْکَرٍ فَعَلُوْہُ ط۔جس معاشرے سے نہی عن المنکر ختم ہوجائے گا ‘ وہ پورا معاشرہ سنڈاس بن جائے گا۔ یہ تو گویا انتظام صفائی ہے۔ ہر شخص کا فرض ہے کہ وہ اپنے ارد گرد نگاہ رکھے ‘ ایک دوسرے کو روکتا رہے کہ یہ کام غلط ہے ‘ یہ مت کرو ! جس معاشرے سے یہ تنقید اور احتساب ختم ہوجائے گا ‘ اس کے اندر لازماً خرابی پیدا ہوجائے گی۔
