  1. وَاِذَااور جب
  2. نَادَیْتُمْپکارتے ہو تم
  3. اِلَیطرف
  4. الصَّلٰوةِنماز کی
  5. اتَّخَذُوْهَاوہ بنا لیتے ہیں اس کو
  6. هُزُوًامذاق
  7. وَّلَعِبًا ؕاور کھیل
  8. ذٰلِكَیہ
  9. بِاَنَّهُمْبوجہ اس کے بیشک وہ
  10. قَوْمٌایک ایسی قوم ہیں
  11. لَّانہیں
  12. یَعْقِلُوْنَوہ عقل رکھتے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

جب تم نماز کے لیے منادی کرتے ہو تو وہ اس کا مذاق اُڑاتے اور اس سے کھیلتے ہیں۔1 اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ وہ عقل نہیں رکھتے۔2

  1. یعنی اذان کی آواز سُن کر اُس کی نقلیں اتارتے ہیں ، تمسخر کے لیے اس کے الفاظ بدلتے اور مسخ کرتے ہیں اور اس پر آوازے کستے ہیں۔

  2. یعنی ان کی یہ حرکتیں محض بے عقلی کا نتیجہ ہیں۔ اگر وہ جہالت اور نادانی میں مبتلا  نہ ہوتے تو مسلمانوں سے مذہبی اختلاف رکھنے کے باوجود ایسی خفیف حرکات ان سے سرزد نہ ہوتیں۔ آخر کون معقول آدمی یہ پسند کر سکتا ہے کہ جب کوئی گروہ خدا کی عبادت کے لیے منادی کرے تو اس کا مذاق اُڑایا جائے۔
