  2. یُحَكِّمُوْنَكَوہ منصف بنائیں گے آپ کو

  6. حُكْمُحکم ہے
  7. اللّٰهِاللہ کا
  8. ثُمَّپھر
  9. یَتَوَلَّوْنَوہ منہ موڑ جاتے ہیں

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اور یہ تمہیں کیسے حَکم بناتے ہیں جبکہ ان کے پاس توراة موجود ہے جس میں اللہ کا حکم لکھا ہوٴا ہے اور پھر یہ اس سے منہ موڑ رہے ہیں؟1 اصل بات یہ ہے کہ یہ لوگ ایمان ہی نہیں رکھتے

  1. اس آیت میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے اِن لوگوں کی بددیانتی کو بالکل بے نقاب کر دیا ہے۔ یہ”مذہبی لوگ“ جنہوں نے تمام عرب پر اپنی دینداری اور اپنے علم کتاب کا سِکّہ جما رکھا تھا ، ان کی حالت یہ تھی کہ جس کتاب کو خود کتاب اللہ مانتے تھے اور جس پر ایمان رکھنے کے مدّعی تھے اُس کے حکم کو چھور کر نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس اپنا مقدمہ لائے تھے جن کے پیغمبر ہونے سے ان کو بشدّت انکار تھا۔ اس سے یہ راز بالکل فاش ہوگیا کہ یہ کسی چیز پر بھی صداقت کے ساتھ ایمان نہیں رکھتے، دراصل ان کا ایمان اپنے نفس اور اس کی خواہشات پر ہے، جسے کتاب اللہ مانتے ہیں اس سے صرف اس لیے مُنہ موڑتے ہیں کہ اس کا حکم ان کے نفس  کو ناگوار ہے، اور جسے معاذاللہ جھُوٹا مدّعِی نبوّت کہتے ہیں اس کے پاس صرف اس امید پر جاتے ہیں کہ شاید وہاں سے کوئی ایسا فیصلہ حاصل ہو جائے جو ان کے منشاء کے مطابق ہو۔

اور (اے نبی ﷺ یہ لوگ آپ ﷺ کو کیسے حکم بناتے ہیں جبکہ ان کے پاس تورات موجود ہے جس میں اللہ کا حکم موجود ہے پھر بھی وہ اس سے رو گردانی کرتے ہیں اور حقیقت میں یہ لوگ مؤمن نہیں ہیں

Commentary

آیت 43 وَکَیْفَ یُحَکِّمُوْنَکَ وَعِنْدَہُمُ التَّوْرٰٹۃُ فِیْہَا حُکْمُ اللّٰہِ یہاں اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہود کی بدنیتی کو بالکل بےنقاب کردیا ہے کہ اگر ان کی نیت درست ہو تو تورات سے راہنمائی حاصل کرلیں۔ثُمَّ یَتَوَلَّوْنَ مِنْم بَعْدِ ذٰلِکَ ط وَمَآ اُولٰٓءِکَ بالْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ اصل بات یہ ہے کہ یہ ایمان سے تہی دست ہیں ‘ ان کے دل ایمان سے خالی ہیں۔ یہ ہے ان کا اصل ‘ روگ۔
