Surah 5, ayah 23

  1. قَالَکہا
  2. رَجُلٰنِدو آدمیوں نے
  3. مِنَسے
  4. الَّذِیْنَان لوگوں میں
  5. یَخَافُوْنَجو ڈرتے تھے
  6. اَنْعَمَانعام کیا تھا
  7. اللّٰهُاللہ نے
  8. عَلَیْهِمَاان دونوں پر
  9. ادْخُلُوْاداخل ہوجاؤ
  10. عَلَیْهِمُان پر
  11. الْبَابَ ۚدروازے سے
  12. فَاِذَاپھر جب
  13. دَخَلْتُمُوْهُتم داخل ہوجاؤ اس میں
  14. فَاِنَّكُمْتو بیشک تم
  15. غٰلِبُوْنَ ۚ۬غالب آنے والے ہو
  16. وَعَلَیاور پر
  17. اللّٰهِاللہ (ہی)
  18. فَتَوَكَّلُوْۤاپس تم توکل کرو
  19. اِنْاگر
  20. كُنْتُمْہو تم
  21. مُّؤْمِنِیْنَایمان لانے والے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اُن ڈرنے والوں میں دو شخص ایسے بھی تھے1 جن کو اللہ نے اپنی نعمت سے نوازا تھا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ”اِن جبّاروں کے مقابلہ میں دروازے کے اندر گُھس جاوٴ، جب تم اندر پہنچ جاوٴ گے تو تم ہی غالب رہوگے۔ اللہ پر بھروسہ رکھو اگر تم مومن ہو“

  1. قَالَ رَجُلَانِ مِنَ الَّذِیْنَ یَخَافُوْنَ  کے دو مطلب ہو سکتے ہیں۔ ایک یہ کہ جو لوگ جبّاروں سے ڈر رہے تھے اُن کے درمیان سے دو شخص بول اُٹھے۔ دوسرا یہ  کہ جو لوگ خد اسے ڈرنے والے تھے ان میں سے دو شخصوں نے یہ بات کہی۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

کہا دو اشخاص نے جو (اللہ کا) خوف رکھنے والوں میں سے تھے اور اللہ نے بھی ان دونوں پر انعام کیا تھا تم ان کے مقابلے میں دروازے کے اندر گھس جاؤ اور جب تم اس میں داخل ہو گے تو لازماً تم غالب ہوجاؤ گے اور اللہ پر توکل کرو اگر تم مومن ہو۔

Commentary

آیت 23 قَالَ رَجُلٰنِ مِنَ الَّذِیْنَ یَخَافُوْنَ اَنْعَمَ اللّٰہُ عَلَیْہِمَا یہ دو اشخاص حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام کے شاگرد اور قریبی حواری تھے۔ ایک تو یوشع بن نون تھے ‘ جو حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام کے بعد ان کے جانشین بھی ہوئے اور گمان غالب ہے کہ وہ نبی بھی تھے ‘ جبکہ دوسرے شخص کالب بن یفنّا تھے۔ ان دونوں نے اپنی قوم کے لوگوں کو سمجھانا چاہا کہ ہمت کرو :ادْخُلُوْا عَلَیْہِمُ الْبَابَ ج۔تم لوگ ایک دفعہ دروازے میں گھس کر ان کا سامنا تو کرو۔
