  1. ذٰلِكَیہ
  2. اَدْنٰۤیزیادہ قریب تر ہے
  3. اَنْکہ
  4. یَّاْتُوْاوہ لائیں
  5. بِالشَّهَادَةِگواہی کو
  6. عَلٰیپر
  7. وَجْهِهَاۤاس کے منہ
  8. اَوْیا
  9. یَخَافُوْۤاوہ ڈریں گے
  10. اَنْکہ
  11. تُرَدَّپھیر دی جائے گی
  12. اَیْمَانٌقسمیں
  13. بَعْدَبعد
  14. اَیْمَانِهِمْ ؕان کی قسموں کے
  15. وَاتَّقُوااور ڈرو
  16. اللّٰهَاللہ سے
  17. وَاسْمَعُوْا ؕاور سنا کرو
  18. وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ
  19. لَانہیں
  20. یَهْدِیہدایت دیتا
  21. الْقَوْمَقوم کو
  22. الْفٰسِقِیْنَجو فاسق ہیں

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اس طریقہ سے زیادہ توقع کی جاسکتی ہے کہ لوگ ٹھیک ٹھیک شہادت دیں گے، یا کم از کم اس بات ہی کا خوف کریں گے کہ ان کی قسموں کے بعد ددسری قسموں سے کہیں ان کی تردید نہ ہو جائے اللہ سے ڈرو اور سنو، اللہ نافرمانی کرنے والوں کو اپنی رہنمائی سے محروم کر دیتا ہے

Bayan-ul-Quran

یہ طریقہ کار قریب تر ہے کہ اس سے لوگ ٹھیک ٹھیک شہادت پیش کریں یا (کم از کم) انہیں خوف رہے کہ ہماری قسمیں ان کی قسموں کے بعد ردّ کردی جائیں گی اور اللہ کا تقویٰ اختیار کرو اور سن رکھو اللہ ایسے نافرمانوں کو ہدایت نہیں دیتا

Commentary

آیت 108 ذٰلِکَ اَدْنآی اَنْ یَّاْتُوْا بالشَّہَادَۃِ عَلٰی وَجْہِہَآ اَوْ یَخَافُوْٓا اَنْ تُرَدَّ اَیْمَانٌم بَعْدَ اَیْمَانِہِمْ ط کیونکہ انہیں معلوم ہوگا کہ اگر ہم نے جھوٹی قسم کھا بھی لی ‘ اور پھر اگر دوسرا فریق بھی قسم کھا گیا ‘ تو ہمارا منصوبہ کامیاب نہیں ہوگا۔ لہٰذا وہ اس کی ہمت نہیں کریں گے۔وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَاسْمَعُوْا ط وَاللّٰہُ لاَ یَہْدِی الْقَوْمَ الْفٰسِقِیْنَ اسی طرح کا معاملہ سورة النور آیات 6 تا 9 میں بھی مذکور ہوا ہے کہ اگر کوئی شخص اپنی بیوی کو بدکاری کرتے ہوئے دیکھے اور اس کے پاس کوئی اور گواہ نہ ہو تو وہ چار مرتبہ قسم کھا کر کہے کہ میں جو کہہ رہا ہوں سچ کہہ رہا ہوں۔ تو اس ایک شخص کی گواہی چار گواہوں کے برابر ہوجائے گی۔ لیکن پھر اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس کا جواب بھی بتایا ہے ‘ کہ اگر بیوی بھی چار مرتبہ قسم کھا کر کہہ دے کہ یہ جھوٹ بول رہا ہے ‘ مجھ پر تہمت لگا رہا ہے اور پانچویں مرتبہ یہ کہے کہ مجھ پر اللہ کا غضب ٹوٹے اگر اس کا الزام درست ہو ‘ تو شوہر کی گواہی ساقط ہوجائے گی۔ اس طرح دونوں طرف سے اللہ تعالیٰ نے معاملے کو متوازن کیا ہے۔ اب آخری دو رکوع اس لحاظ سے اہم ہیں کہ ان میں اللہ تعالیٰ کے ساتھ حضرت مسیح علیہ السلام کے مکالمے کا نقشہ کھینچا گیا ہے ‘ جو قیامت کے دن ہوگا۔ اور اس کے پس منظر میں گویا ایک پوری داستان ہے ‘ جو ایک نئی شان سے سامنے آئی ہے۔
