- فَاِنْپھر اگر
- عُثِرَخبر ہوجائے
- عَلٰۤیاس بات پر
- اَنَّهُمَاکہ بیشک وہ دونوں
- اسْتَحَقَّاۤوہ دونوں حق دار ہوئے
- اِثْمًاگناہ کے
- فَاٰخَرٰنِدو دوسرے
- یَقُوْمٰنِدونوں کھڑے ہوگئے
- مَقَامَهُمَاان دونوں کی جگہ
- مِنَمیں سے
- الَّذِیْنَان لوگوں
- اسْتَحَقَّحق ثابت ہوا
- عَلَیْهِمُان پر
- الْاَوْلَیٰنِدو قریب ترین
- فَیُقْسِمٰنِپھر وہ دونوں قسمیں کھائیں گے
- بِاللّٰهِاللہ کی
- لَشَهَادَتُنَاۤالبتہ ہماری شہادت
- اَحَقُّزیادہ سچی ہے
- مِنْسے
- شَهَادَتِهِمَاان دونوں کی شہادت
- وَمَااور نہیں
- اعْتَدَیْنَاۤ ۖؗزیادتی کی ہم نے
- اِنَّاۤبیشک ہم
- اِذًاتب
- لَّمِنَالبتہ میں سے ہوں گے
- الظّٰلِمِیْنَظالموں

Translation and commentary
Bayan-ul-Quran
پھر اگر معلوم ہوجائے کہ ان دونوں نے (جھوٹ بول کر) گناہ کمایا ہے تو اب دو اور لوگ ان کی جگہ پر کھڑے ہوں ان لوگوں میں سے جن کی حق تلفی کی ہے ان پہلے دو لوگوں نے پس وہ دونوں اللہ کی قسم کھائیں کہ ہماری گواہی زیادہ برحق ہے ان دونوں کی گواہی سے اور ہم نے کوئی زیادتی نہیں کی ہے اگر ایسا ہو تو یقیناً ہم ظالموں میں سے ہوں گے

Commentary
آیت 107 فَاِنْ عُثِرَ عَلآی اَنَّہُمَا اسْتَحَقَّآ اِثْمًا حلفیہ بیان بھی غلط دیا ہے اور وصیّت میں ترمیم کی ہے ‘ اس کے باوجود کہ نماز کے بعد مسجد کے اندر حلف اٹھا کر بات کر رہے ہیں۔ آخر انسان ہیں اور ہر معاشرے میں ہر طرح کے انسان ہر وقت موجود رہتے ہیں۔فَاٰخَرٰنِ یَقُوْمٰنِ مَقَامَہُمَا مِنَ الَّذِیْنَ اسْتَحَقَّ عَلَیْہِمُ الْاَوْلَیٰنِ اب وہ کھڑے ہو کر کہیں گے کہ یہ لوگ ہمارا حق تلف کر رہے ہیں ‘ انہوں نے وصیت کے اندر خیانت کی ‘ ہے۔
