- وَاِذَااور جب
- قِیْلَکہا جاتا ہے
- لَهُمْان کے لیے
- تَعَالَوْاآؤ
- اِلٰیطرف
- مَاۤجو
- اَنْزَلَاس کے جو نازل کیا
- اللّٰهُاللہ نے
- وَاِلَیاور طرف
- الرَّسُوْلِرسول کے
- قَالُوْاوہ کہتے ہیں
- حَسْبُنَاکافی ہے ہم کو
- مَاوہ جو
- وَجَدْنَاپایا ہم نے
- عَلَیْهِاس پر
- اٰبَآءَنَا ؕاپنے باپ دادا کو
- اَوَلَوْکیا بھلا
- كَانَاگرچہ ہوں
- اٰبَآؤُهُمْان کے باپ دادا

- یَعْلَمُوْنَعلم رکھتے
- شَیْـًٔاکچھ بھی
- وَّلَااور نہ
- یَهْتَدُوْنَوہ ہدایت یافتہ ہوں

Bayan-ul-Quran
اور جب انہیں کہا جاتا ہے کہ آؤ اس چیز کی طرف جو اللہ نے نازل فرمائی ہے اور آؤ اللہ کے رسول کی طرف وہ کہتے ہیں ہمارے لیے وہی کافی ہے جس پر ہم نے اپنے آباء و اجداد کو پایا خواہ ان کے آباء و اَجداد ایسے رہے ہوں کہ نہ انہیں کوئی علم حاصل ہوا ہو نہ ہی وہ ہدایت پر ہوں (پھر بھی) ؟

Commentary
آیت 104 وَاِذَا قِیْلَ لَہُمْ تَعَالَوْا اِلٰی مَآ اَنْزَلَ اللّٰہُ وَاِلَی الرَّسُوْلِ اس حکم کہ آؤ اللہ کے رسول کی طرف کی ترجمانی علامہ اقبال نے کیا خوبصورت الفاظ میں کی ہے : بمصطفیٰ ﷺ برساں خویش را کہ دیں ہمہ اوست اگر باو نرسیدی تمام بولہبیست قَالُوْا حَسْبُنَا مَا وَجَدْنَا عَلَیْہِ اٰبَآءَ نَا ط یعنی ہمارے آباء و اجداد جو اتنے عرصے سے ان چیزوں پر عمل کرتے چلے آ رہے تھے تو کیا وہ جاہل تھے ؟ یہی باتیں آج بھی سننے کو ملتی ہیں۔ کسی رسم کے بارے میں آپ کسی کو بتائیں کہ اس کی دین میں کوئی سند نہیں ہے اور صحابہ رض کے ہاں اس کا کوئی وجود نہ تھا تو اس کا جواب ہوگا کہ ہم نے تو اپنے باپ دادا کو یونہی کرتے دیکھا ہے۔ اَوَلَوْکَانَ اٰبَآؤُہُمْ لاَ یَعْلَمُوْنَ شَیْءًا وَّلاَ یَہْتَدُوْنَ جیسے تم اللہ کی مخلوق ہو ویسے ہی وہ بھی مخلوق تھے۔ جیسے تم غلط کام کرسکتے ہو اور غلط آراء قائم کرسکتے ہو ‘ ویسے ہی وہ بھی غلط کار ہوسکتے تھے۔
