  1. قُلْکہہ دیجیے

  3. یَسْتَوِیبرابر ہوسکتے

  5. وَالطَّیِّبُاور پاک
  6. وَلَوْخواہ
  7. اَعْجَبَكَتمہیں اچھی لگے
  8. كَثْرَةُکثرت
  9. الْخَبِیْثِ ۚناپاک
  10. فَاتَّقُواسو ڈرو
  11. اللّٰهَاللہ
  12. یٰۤاُولِیاے
  13. الْاَلْبَابِعقل والو
  14. لَعَلَّكُمْتاکہ تم
  15. تُفْلِحُوْنَتم فلاح پاو

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اے پیغمبر ؐ ! اِن سے کہہ دو کہ پاک اور ناپاک بہرحال یکساں نہیں ہیں خواہ ناپاک کی بہتات تمہیں کتنا ہی فریفتہ کرنے والی ہو،1 پس اے لوگو جو عقل رکھتے ہو ! اللہ کی نافرمانی سے بچتے رہو، اُمّید ہے کہ تمہیں فلاح نصیب ہوگی

  1. یہ آیت قدر و قیمت کا ایک دوسرا ہی معیار پیش کرتی ہے جو ظاہر میں انسان کے معیار سے بالکل مختلف ہے ۔ ظاہر  بیں نظر میں سو (1۰۰) روپے بمقابلہ پانچ (5) روپے کے لازماً  زیادہ قیمتی ہیں کیونکہ وہ سو ہیں اور یہ پانچ ۔ لیکن یہ آیت کہتی ہے کہ سو (1۰۰) روپے اگر خدا کی نافرمانی کر کے حاصل کیے گئے ہوں تو وہ ناپاک ہیں ، اور پانچ روپے اگر خدا کی فرماں برداری کرتے ہوئے کمائے گئے ہوں تو وہ پاک ہیں ، اور ناپاک خواپ مقدار میں کتنا ہی زیادہ ہو، بہرحال وہ پاک کے برابر کسی طرح نہیں ہو سکتا۔  غلاظت کے ایک ڈھیر سے عطر کا ایک قطرہ زیادہ قدر رکھتا ہے اور پیشاب کی ایک لبریز نانْد کے مقابلہ میں پاک پانی کا ایک چُلّو زیادہ وزنی ہے۔ لہٰذا ایک سچّے دانش مند انسان کو لازماً حلال ہی پر قناعت کرنی چاہیے خواہ وہ ظاہر میں کتنا ہی حقیر و قلیل ہو، اور حرام کی طرف کسی حال میں بھی ہاتھ نہ بڑھانا چاہیے خوا ہ وہ بظاہر کتنا ہی کثیر و شاندار ہو۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

(اے بنی ﷺ کہہ دیجیے کہ ناپاک اور پاک برابر نہیں ہوسکتے چاہے ناپاک شے کی کثرت تمہیں اچھی لگے تو اللہ کا تقویٰ اختیار کرو اے ہوش مندو تاکہ تم فلاح پاؤ

Commentary

آیت 100 قُلْ لاَّ یَسْتَوِی الْخَبِیْثُ وَالطَّیِّبُ وَلَوْ اَعْجَبَکَ کَثْرَۃُ الْخَبِیْثِ ج انسان تو چاہتا ہے کہ اس کے پاس ہر شے کی بہتات ہو ‘ لیکن ناجائز اور حرام طریقے سے کمایا ہوا مال اگرچہ کثرت سے جمع ہوگیا ہو مگر ہے تو خبیث اور ناپاک ہی۔ بیشک اس کی چکاچوند تمہاری آنکھوں کو خیرہ کر رہی ہو مگر اس میں تمہارے لیے کوئی بھلائی نہیں ہے۔ بقول علّامہ اقبالؔ : ؂ نظر کو خیرہ کرتی ہے چمک تہذیب حاضر کی یہ صنّاعی مگر جھوٹے نگوں کی ریزہ کاری ہے
