  1. قُلْکہہ دیجیے
  2. اَتُعَلِّمُوْنَکیا تم سکھاتے ہو ۔ کیا تم علم دیتے ہو
  3. اللّٰهَاللہ کو
  4. بِدِیْنِكُمْ ؕاپنا دین۔ اپنے دین کے بارے میں
  5. وَاللّٰهُحالانکہ اللہ
  6. یَعْلَمُجانتا ہے
  7. مَاجو کچھ
  8. فِیمیں
  9. السَّمٰوٰتِآسمانوں میں ہے
  10. وَمَااور جو کچھ
  11. فِیمیں
  12. الْاَرْضِ ؕزمین میں ہے
  13. وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ
  14. بِكُلِّہر
  15. شَیْءٍچیز کے بارے میں
  16. عَلِیْمٌعلم رکھنے والا ہے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اے نبیؐ، اِن (مدعیان ایمان) سے کہو، کیا تم اللہ کو اپنے دین کی اطلاع دے رہے ہو؟ حالانکہ اللہ زمین اور آسمانوں کی ہر چیز کو جانتا ہے اور وہ ہر شے کا علم رکھتا ہے

Bayan-ul-Quran

(اے نبی ﷺ !) ان سے کہیے : کیا تم اللہ کو جتلانا چاہتے ہو اپنادین ؟ اور اللہ جانتا ہے جو کچھ آسمانوں میں ہے اور جو کچھ زمین میں ہے۔ اللہ تو ہرچیز کا علم رکھنے والا ہے۔

Commentary

آیت 16 { قُلْ اَتُعَلِّمُوْنَ اللّٰہَ بِدِیْنِکُمْ } ”اے نبی ﷺ ! ان سے کہیے : کیا تم اللہ کو جتلانا چاہتے ہو اپنادین ؟“ مثل مشہور ہے ”تھو تھا چنا باجے گھنا“۔ یعنی جو برتن خالی ہوگا وہ کھنکھنانے پر بھرے ہوئے برتن کی نسبت زیادہ آواز دے گا۔ ان لوگوں کے دل چونکہ حقیقی ایمان سے خالی تھے اس لیے وہ اپنے ایمان کا بڑھ چڑھ کر پرچار کرتے تھے اور حضور ﷺ پر احسان دھرتے تھے کہ دیکھیں ! ہم تو لڑے بھڑے بغیر اسلام لے آئے ہیں ‘ اس لیے اب ہمارے حقوق بھی زیادہ ہونے چاہئیں۔ { وَاللّٰہُ یَعْلَمُ مَا فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِی الْاَرْضِ } ”اور اللہ جانتا ہے جو کچھ آسمانوں میں ہے اور جو کچھ زمین میں ہے۔“ { وَاللّٰہُ بِکُلِّ شَیْئٍ عَلِیْمٌ} ”اللہ تو ہرچیز کا علم رکھنے والا ہے۔“ اگر حقیقی ایمان ان کے دلوں میں راسخ ہوتا تو انہیں یہ بھی یقین ہوتا کہ اللہ عالم الغیب ہے ‘ دنیا ومافیہا کی ہرچیز اس کے علم میں ہے ‘ اس لیے اس کے سامنے کسی کو اپنے ایمان کا ذکر کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں۔
