Bayan-ul-Quran
اور وہی ہے جس نے روک دیے ان کے ہاتھ تمہاری طرف بڑھنے سے اور تمہارے ہاتھ ان کی طرف بڑھنے سے مکہ کی وادی میں اس کے بعد کہ اس نے تمہیں ان پر فتح دے دی تھی۔ اور جو کچھ تم لوگ کر رہے ہو اللہ اسے دیکھ رہا ہے۔

Commentary
آیت 24 { وَہُوَ الَّذِیْ کَفَّ اَیْدِیَہُمْ عَنْکُمْ وَاَیْدِیَکُمْ عَنْہُمْ بِبَطْنِ مَکَّۃَ } ”اور وہی ہے جس نے روک دیے ان کے ہاتھ تمہاری طرف بڑھنے سے اور تمہارے ہاتھ ان کی طرف بڑھنے سے مکہ کی وادی میں“ { مِنْم بَعْدِ اَنْ اَظْفَرَکُمْ عَلَیْہِمْ } ”اس کے بعد کہ اس نے تمہیں ان پر فتح دے دی تھی۔“ یعنی اللہ تعالیٰ کی طرف سے قریش ِمکہ ّکے حوصلے پست کردیے گئے تھے جس کی وجہ سے ان کے لیے مسلمانوں کا مقابلہ کرنا ممکن نہ رہا اور انہوں نے اپنی تمام تر طاقت کے باوجود مسلمانوں کو اپنے برابر کا فریق تسلیم کرتے ہوئے ان سے صلح کرلی۔ اس صلح میں اگلے سال مسلمانوں کے عمرہ کرنے اور اس دوران مکہ شہر کو تین دن کے لیے مکمل طور پر خالی کردینے جیسی شرائط بھی شامل تھیں۔ دیکھا جائے تو قریش مکہ کے لیے مسلمانوں کو اپنا ہم ‘ پلہ ّسمجھتے ہوئے صلح کرنا اور پھر ایسی شرائط تسلیم کرلینا موت کا سامنا کرنے سے بھی زیادہ مشکل تھا۔ بہر حال اس موقع پر اللہ تعالیٰ نے انہیں اندرونی طور پر اس قدر کمزور کردیا تھا کہ وہ یہ سب کچھ قبول کرنے پر آمادہ ہوگئے اور اس کے مقابلے میں وہ مسلمانوں سے صرف ایک یہ بات منوا سکے کہ اس سال عمرہ ادا کیے بغیر واپس چلے جائیں تاکہ وقتی طور پر ان کی ”ناک“ مکمل طور پر کٹنے سے بچ جائے۔ { وَکَانَ اللّٰہُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ بَصِیْرًا } ”اور جو کچھ تم لوگ کر رہے ہو اللہ اسے دیکھ رہا ہے۔“
