  1. ذٰلِكَیہ
  2. بِاَنَّبوجہ اس کے کہ بیشک
  3. الَّذِیْنَوہ لوگ
  4. كَفَرُواجنہوں نے کفر کیا
  5. اتَّبَعُواانہوں نے پیروی کی
  6. الْبَاطِلَباطل کی
  7. وَاَنَّاور بیشک
  8. الَّذِیْنَوہ لوگ
  9. اٰمَنُواجو ایمان لائے
  10. اتَّبَعُواانہوں نے پیروی کی
  11. الْحَقَّحق کی
  12. مِنْسے
  13. رَّبِّهِمْ ؕاپنے رب کی طرف (سے)
  14. كَذٰلِكَاسی طرح
  15. یَضْرِبُبیان کرتا ہے
  16. اللّٰهُاللہ
  17. لِلنَّاسِلوگوں کے لیے
  18. اَمْثَالَهُمْان کی مثالیں۔ ان کے حالات

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

یہ اس لیے کہ کفر کرنے والوں نے باطل کی پیروی کی اور ایمان لانے والوں نے اس حق کی پیروی کی جو ان کے رب کی طرف سے آیا ہے۔ اس طرح اللہ لوگوں کو ان کی ٹھیک ٹھیک حیثیت بتائے دیتا ہے۔1

  1. اصل الفاظ ہیں کَذٰلِکَ یَضْرِبُ اللہُ لِلنَّاسِ اَمْثَالَھُمْ۔اس فقرے کا لفظی ترجمہ تو یہ ہے کہ ’’اس طرح اللہ لوگوں کے لیے ان کی مثالیں دیتا ہے‘‘۔ لیکن اس لفظی ترجمہ سے اصل مفہوم واضح نہیں ہوتا۔ اصل مفہوم یہ ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اس طرح فریقین کو ان کی پوزیشن ٹھیک ٹھیک بتائے دیتا ہے۔ ایک فریق باطل کی پیروی پر مصر ہے اس لیے اللہ نے اس کی ساری سعی و عمل کو لا حاصل کر دیا ہے۔ اور دوسرے فریق نے حق کی پیروی اختیار کی ہے اس لیے اللہ نے اس کو برائیوں سے پاک کر کے اس کے حالات درست کر دیے ہیں۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

یہ اس لیے کہ جن لوگوں نے کفر کیا انہوں نے باطل کی پیروی کی اور جو لوگ ایمان لائے انہوں نے حق کی پیروی کی جو ان کے رب کی طرف سے آیا ہے اسی طرح اللہ لوگوں کے لیے ان کی مثالیں بیان کرتا ہے۔

Commentary

آیت 3{ ذٰلِکَ بِاَنَّ الَّذِیْنَ کَفَرُوا اتَّبَعُوا الْبَاطِلَ } ”یہ اس لیے کہ جن لوگوں نے کفر کیا انہوں نے باطل کی پیروی کی“ { وَاَنَّ الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوا اتَّبَعُوا الْحَقَّ مِنْ رَّبِّہِمْ } ”اور جو لوگ ایمان لائے انہوں نے حق کی پیروی کی ‘ جو ان کے رب کی طرف سے آیا ہے۔“ { کَذٰلِکَ یَضْرِبُ اللّٰہُ لِلنَّاسِ اَمْثَالَہُمْ } ”اسی طرح اللہ لوگوں کے لیے ان کی مثالیں بیان کرتا ہے۔“ اگلی آیت مشکلات القرآن میں سے ہے۔ اس کی بنیادی وجہ الفاظ کی وہ تقدیم و تاخیر ہے جو ہمیں قرآن کی آیات میں بعض جگہ نظر آتی ہے۔ جیسا کہ کئی مرتبہ وضاحت کی جا چکی ہے ‘ الفاظ کی یہ تقدیم و تاخیر قرآن کا خاص اسلوب ہے اور اس کا مقصد کلام کی روانی میں ایک خاص ردھم اور آہنگ کو قائم رکھنا ہوتا ہے۔ چناچہ قرآن میں جہاں کہیں بھی ایسا معاملہ ہو وہاں مفہوم کے درست ادراک کے لیے الفاظ کی اصل ترتیب کے بارے میں گہرے غور و فکر کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔ چناچہ اس آیت کے مطالعے کے لیے بھی خصوصی توجہ درکار ہے۔
