  8. اِلٰیتک
  9. یَوْمِدن
  10. الْقِیٰمَةِقیامت کے
  11. لَانہیں
  12. رَیْبَکوئی شک
  13. فِیْهِاس میں
  14. وَلٰكِنَّلیکن
  15. اَكْثَرَاکثر
  16. النَّاسِلوگ
  17. لَانہیں
  18. یَعْلَمُوْنَعلم رکھتے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اے نبی ؐ ، اِن سے کہو، اللہ ہی تمہیں زندگی بخشتا ہے، پھر وہی تمہیں موت دیتا ہے،1 پھر وہی تم کو اُس قیامت کی دن جمع کر ے گا جس کے آنے میں  کوئی شک نہیں،2مگر اکثر لوگ جانتے نہیں ہیں۔3

  1. یہ جواب ہے ان کی اس بات کا کہ موت گردش ایام سے آپ ہی آپ آ جاتی ہے۔ اس پر فرمایا جا رہا ہے کہ نہ تمہیں زندگی اتفاقاً ملتی ہے، نہ تمہارے موت خود بخود واقع ہو جاتی ہے۔ ایک خدا ہے جو تمہیں زندگی دیتا ہے اور وہی اسے سلب کرتا ہے۔

  2. یہ جواب ہے ان کی اس بات کا کہ اٹھا لاؤ ہمارے باپ دادا کو۔ اس پر فرمایا جا رہا ہے کہ یہ اب نہیں ہو گا، اور متفرق طور پر نہیںہو گا، بلکہ ایک دن سب انسانوں کے جمع کرنے کے لیے مقرر ہے۔

  3. یعنی جہالت اور قصور فکر و نظر ہی لوگوں کے انکار آخرت کا اصل سبب ہے، ورنہ حقیقت میں تو آخرت کا ہونا نہیں بلکہ، اس کا نہ ہونا بعید از عقل ہے۔ کائنات کے نظام اور خود اپنے وجود پر کوئی شخص صحیح طریقہ سے غور کرے تو اسے خود محسوس ہو جائے گا کہ آخرت کے آنے میں کسی شک کی گنجائش نہیں۔

(اے نبی ﷺ !) آپ کہیے کہ اللہ ہی تمہیں زندہ کرتا ہے پھر وہی تمہیں موت دے گا پھر تمہیں جمع کرے گا قیامت کے دن جس میں کوئی شک نہیں لیکن اکثر لوگ جانتے نہیں ہیں

Commentary

آیت 26{ قُلِ اللّٰہُ یُحْیِیْکُمْ ثُمَّ یُمِیْتُکُمْ } ”اے نبی ﷺ ! آپ کہیے کہ اللہ ہی تمہیں زندہ کرتا ہے ‘ پھر وہی تمہیں موت دے گا“ کہ میں نے تو کبھی یہ دعویٰ نہیں کیا کہ میں کسی کو زندہ کروں گا۔ ہر کسی کی زندگی اور موت اللہ کے اختیار میں ہے۔ اب وہ حضرات جو اس کائنات اور انسانی زندگی کو مادّیت اور دہریت کی عینک سے دیکھتے ہیں ‘ انہیں یہ بات بھلا کیونکر سمجھ میں آسکتی ہے کہ ہم اس سے پہلے ایک زندگی اور ایک موت کے مراحل طے کر کے اس دنیا میں آئے ہیں ! وضاحت کے لیے ملاحظہ ہو : سورة المومن ‘ تشریح آیت 11 { ثُمَّ یَجْمَعُکُمْ اِلٰی یَوْمِ الْقِیٰمَۃِ لَا رَیْبَ فِیْہِ وَلٰـکِنَّ اَکْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا یَعْلَمُوْنَ } ”پھر تمہیں جمع کرے گا قیامت کے دن جس میں کوئی شک نہیں ‘ لیکن اکثر لوگ جانتے نہیں ہیں۔“
