اور اس نے مسخر کردیا تمہارے لیے اپنی طرف سے جو کچھ آسمانوں میں اور جو کچھ زمین میں ہے سب کچھ یقینا اس میں نشانیاں ہیں ان لوگوں کے لیے جو غور و فکر سے کام لیں

Commentary
آیت 13 { وَسَخَّرَ لَکُمْ مَّا فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِی الْاَرْضِ جَمِیْعًا مِّنْہُ } ”اور اس نے مسخر کردیا تمہارے لیے اپنی طرف سے جو کچھ آسمانوں میں اور جو کچھ زمین میں ہے سب کچھ۔“ { اِنَّ فِیْ ذٰلِکَ لَاٰیٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ یَّتَفَکَّرُوْنَ } ”یقینا اس میں نشانیاں ہیں ان لوگوں کے لیے جو غور و فکر سے کام لیں۔“ اس مفہوم کی تمام آیات قرآنی کا ایک اہم پہلو یہ ہے کہ ان میں بنی نوع انسان کے لیے دعوت تسخیر ہے کہ اللہ نے تو زمین و آسمان کی ہر ہرچیز کو تمہارے لیے مسخر کردیا ہے ‘ اب یہ تمہاری ہمت پر منحصر ہے کہ تم اپنے علم اور ٹیکنالوجی کے َبل بوتے پر کس کس مقام اور کون کون سی چیز تک رسائی حاصل کرتے ہو۔ نیز ایسی آیات کے الفاظ میں نسل انسانی کے مستقبل کی ترقی کی جھلک بھی دیکھی جاسکتی ہے۔ مستقبل میں نہ معلوم اللہ تعالیٰ انسان کو ترقی کی کون کون سی منازل طے کرائے گا۔
