  1. اِلَّامگر
  2. مَنْجس پر
  3. رَّحِمَرحم فرمائے
  4. اللّٰهُ ؕاللہ
  5. اِنَّهٗیقینا وہ
  6. هُوَوہی
  7. الْعَزِیْزُغالب ہے ،
  8. الرَّحِیْمُرحم فرمانے والا ہے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

سوائے اِس کے کہ اللہ ہی کسی پر رحم کرے، وہ زبردست اور رحیم ہے۔1

  1. ان فقروں میں بتایا گیا ہے کہ فیصلے کے دن جو عدالت قائم ہو گی اس کا کیا رنگ ہو گا۔ کسی کی مدد یا حمایت وہاں کسی مجرم کو نہ چھڑا سکے گی، نہ اس کی سزا کم ہی کرا سکے گی۔ کلی اختیارات اس حاکم حقیقی کے ہاتھ میں ہوں گے جس کے فیصلے کو نافذ ہونے سے کوئی طاقت روک نہیں سکتی ، اور جس کے فیصلے پر اثر انداز ہونے کا بل بوتا کسی میں نہیں ہے ۔ یہ بالکل اس کے اپنے اختیار تمیزی پر موقوف ہو گا کہ کسی پر رحم فرما کر اس کو سزا نہ دے یا کم سزا دے، اور حقیقت میں اس کی شان یہی ہے کہ انصاف کرنے میں بے رحمی سے نہیں بلکہ رحم ہی سے کام لے۔ لیکن جس کے مقدمے میں جو فیصلہ بھی وہ کرے گا وہ بہر حال بے کم و کاست نافذ ہو گا۔ عدالت الٰہی کی یہ کیفیت بیان کرنے کے بعد آگے کے چند فقروں میں بتایا گیا ہے کہ اس عدالت میں جو لوگ مجرم ثابت ہوں گے ان کا انجام کیا ہو گا ، اور جن لوگوں کے بارے میں یہ ثابت ہو جائے گا کہ وہ دنیا میں خدا سے ڈر کر نافرمانیوں سے پرہیز کرتے رہے تھے، ان کو کن انعامات سے سرفراز کیا جائے گا۔

سوائے اس کے جس پر اللہ رحم فرما دے۔ یقینا وہی ہے زبردست بہت رحم فرمانے والا

Commentary

آیت 42 { اِلَّا مَنْ رَّحِمَ اللّٰہُط اِنَّہٗ ہُوَ الْعَزِیْزُ الرَّحِیْمُ } ”سوائے اس کے جس پر اللہ رحم فرما دے۔ یقینا وہی ہے زبردست ‘ بہت رحم فرمانے والا۔“
