اصل میں لفظ ’’ اَمْرٍ حَکِیْم ‘‘ استعمال ہوا ہے جس کے دو معنی ہیں۔ ایک یہ کہ وہ حکم سراسر حکمت پر مبنی ہوتا ہے، کسی غلطی یا خامی کا اس میں کوئی امکان نہیں۔ دوسرے یہ کہ وہ ایک پختہ اور محکم فیصلہ ہوتا ہے، اسے بدل دینا کسی کے بس میں نہیں۔

Commentary
آیت 4 { فِیْہَا یُفْرَقُ کُلُّ اَمْرٍ حَکِیْمٍ } ”اس رات میں تمام ُ پر حکمت امور کے فیصلے صادر کیے جاتے ہیں۔“ اس سے پہلے ہم سورة السجدۃ میں پڑھ چکے ہیں کہ تدبیر ِکائنات کے حوالے سے اللہ تعالیٰ کی منصوبہ بندی ایک ہزار سال کی ہوتی ہے : { یُدَبِّرُ الْاَمْرَ مِنَ السَّمَآئِ اِلَی الْاَرْضِ ثُمَّ یَعْرُجُ اِلَیْہِ فِیْ یَوْمٍ کَانَ مِقْدَارُہٓٗ اَلْفَ سَنَۃٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّوْنَ۔ ”وہ تدبیر کرتا ہے اپنے امر کی آسمان سے زمین کی طرف ‘ پھر وہ امر چڑھتا ہے اس کی طرف ‘ یہ سارا معاملہ طے پاتا ہے ایک دن میں جس کی مقدار تمہاری گنتی کے حساب سے ایک ہزار برس ہے“۔ البتہ انسانی معاملات کے حوالے سے یہ رات لیلہ مبارکہ گویا اللہ تعالیٰ کی کائناتی سلطنت Cosmic Empire کے سالانہ بجٹ سیشن کا درجہ رکھتی ہے۔ -۔ - لفظ فرق کے لغوی معنی علیحدہ کردینے کے ہیں۔ چناچہ یُفْرَقُ کا درست مفہوم یہ ہوگا کہ فیصلے جاری issue کردیے جاتے ہیں۔ یعنی یہ وہ رات ہے جس میں تمام سال کے فیصلے طے کر کے تعمیل و تنفیذ implementation کے لیے ملائکہ کے حوالے کردیے جاتے ہیں جو اس عظیم سلطنت کی ”سول سروس“ کا درجہ رکھتے ہیں۔ گزشتہ آیت کے مطابق یہ وہی رات ہے جس میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے قرآن حکیم کو لوح محفوظ یا اُمّ الکتاب سے آسمانِ دنیا پر اتارا۔
