Commentary
آیت 84 { وَہُوَ الَّذِیْ فِی السَّمَآئِ اِلٰــہٌ وَّفِی الْاَرْضِ اِلٰــہٌط وَہُوَ الْحَکِیْمُ الْعَلِیْمُ } ”اور وہی ہے جو آسمان میں بھی الٰہ ہے اور زمین میں بھی اِلٰہ ہے۔ اور وہ بہت حکمت والا ‘ ہرچیز کا علم رکھنے والا ہے۔“ یعنی پوری کائنات میں ہر جگہ اسی کا اقتدار ہے۔ بائبل میں عیسائیوں کی جو Lords Prayer ہے اس کا مفہوم اس آیت کے بہت قریب ہیـ: Thy Kingdom comeThy will be done on Earth as it is in Heavensکہ اے اللہ ! تیری ہی سلطنت اور تیری حاکمیت قائم ہوجائے اور تیری مرضی جیسے آسمانوں پر پوری ہو رہی ہے ویسے ہی زمین پر بھی پوری ہو۔ بہر حال الٰہ تو آسمانوں میں بھی وہی ہے اور زمین پر بھی وہی ہے۔ لیکن زمین پر انسانوں کو اس نے تھوڑی سی آزادی دے رکھی ہے کہ اگر کوئی انسان چاہے تو وہ نافرمانی اور ناشکری کی روش بھی اختیار کرسکتا ہے۔ بس زمین پر جو بھی فساد نظر آ رہا ہے وہ اس ”ذرا سی“ آزادی کا نتیجہ ہے۔ سورة الروم کی اس آیت میں یہی حقیقت بیان کی گئی ہے : { ظَہَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِی الْْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا کَسَبَتْ اَیْدِی النَّاسِ } آیت 41 چناچہ بحر و بر میں اگر ہر جگہ فساد ہی فساد نظر آتا ہے تو وہ لوگوں کے کرتوتوں کے سبب ہے ‘ ورنہ حکومت تو زمین پر بھی اللہ ہی کی ہے۔
