- شُرَكٰٓؤُاکچھ شریک ہیں
- شَرَعُوْاجنہوں نے مقرر کر رکھے ہیں

Translation and commentary
Bayan-ul-Quran
کیا ان کے کچھ ایسے شریک ہیں جنہوں نے ان کے لیے دین کا کوئی ایسا راستہ طے کردیا ہو جس کا اذن اللہ نے نہیں دیا ؟ اور اگر ایک قطعی حکم پہلے سے طے نہ ہوچکا ہوتا تو ان کے درمیان فیصلہ کردیا جاتا۔ اور ظالموں کے لیے تو بہت دردناک عذاب ہے۔

Commentary
آیت 21 { اَمْ لَہُمْ شُرَکٰٓؤُا شَرَعُوْا لَہُمْ مِّنَ الدِّیْنِ مَا لَمْ یَاْذَنْم بِہِ اللّٰہُ } ”کیا ان کے کچھ ایسے شریک ہیں جنہوں نے ان کے لیے دین کا کوئی ایسا راستہ طے کردیا ہو جس کا اذن اللہ نے نہیں دیا ؟“ شرک کے حوالے سے یہ نکتہ قرآن میں بار بار دہرایا گیا ہے کہ مشرک لوگ جنہیں اللہ کا شریک ٹھہراتے ہیں اللہ نے ان کے لیے نہ تو کوئی سند اتاری ہے اور نہ ہی کسی الہامی کتاب میں ان کے لیے کوئی دلیل موجود ہے۔ اس سورت کا عمود چونکہ نظام شریعت میزان سے متعلق ہے اس لیے یہاں شرک کا ابطال اس مضمون کی دلیل کے ساتھ بالکل منفرد انداز میں آیا ہے کہ اللہ نے تو اپنے بندوں کے لیے ایک مکمل ضابطہ حیات نازل کیا ہے۔ تو ذرا یہ لوگ بھی بتائیں کہ ان کے معبودوں نے ان کے لیے زندگی میں کیا راہنمائی فراہم کی ہے ؟ کیا ان معبودوں نے بھی اپنے پجاریوں کو باقاعدہ کوئی کتاب دی ہے ؟ کیا لات ‘ منات اور ہبل نے بھی اپنے عقیدت مندوں کے لیے کوئی شریعت وضع کی ہے یا انہیں باقاعدہ کوئی نظام دیا ہے ؟ اور اگر ان نام نہاد معبودوں نے اپنا کوئی دین یا ضابطہ حیات اپنے ماننے والوں کو کبھی دیا ہی نہیں تو وہ کس حیثیت سے آخر معبود بنے بیٹھے ہیں ؟ اور ان کے پجاری آخر کس بنیاد پر ان کی پوجا کیے جا رہے ہیں ؟ { وَلَوْلَا کَلِمَۃُ الْفَصْلِ لَقُضِیَ بَیْنَہُمْ وَاِنَّ الظّٰلِمِیْنَ لَہُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌ} ”اور اگر ایک قطعی حکم پہلے سے طے نہ ہوچکا ہوتا تو ان کے درمیان فیصلہ کردیا جاتا۔ اور ظالموں کے لیے تو بہت دردناک عذاب ہے۔
