- وَلَقَدْاور البتہ تحقیق
- اٰتَیْنَادی ہم نے
- مُوْسَیموسیٰ کو
- الْكِتٰبَکتاب
- فَاخْتُلِفَپس اختلاف کیا گیا
- فِیْهِ ؕاس میں
- وَلَوْلَااور اگر نہ
- كَلِمَةٌایک بات ہوتی
- سَبَقَتْجو پہلے ہوچکی
- مِنْسے
- رَّبِّكَتیرے رب کی طرف (سے)
- لَقُضِیَالبتہ فیصلہ کردیا جاتا
- بَیْنَهُمْ ؕان کے درمیان
- وَاِنَّهُمْاور بیشک وہ
- لَفِیْالبتہ میں ہیں
- شَكٍّشک (میں)

اور ہم نے موسیٰ ؑ ٰ کو بھی کتاب دی تھی تو اس میں بھی اختلاف کیا گیا اور اگر آپ کے رب کی طرف سے ایک بات پہلے سے طے نہ ہوچکی ہوتی تو ان کے مابین فیصلہ کردیا جاتا اور یقینا وہ اس کے بارے میں خلجان انگیز شک میں مبتلا ہیں

Commentary
آیت 45{ وَلَقَدْ اٰتَیْنَا مُوْسَی الْکِتٰبَ فَاخْتُلِفَ فِیْہِ } ”اور ہم نے موسیٰ علیہ السلام ٰ کو بھی کتاب دی تھی ‘ تو اس میں بھی اختلاف کیا گیا۔“ { وَلَوْلَا کَلِمَۃٌ سَبَقَتْ مِنْ رَّبِّکَ لَقُضِیَ بَیْنَہُمْ } ”اور اگر آپ کے رب کی طرف سے ایک بات پہلے سے طے نہ ہوچکی ہوتی تو ان کے مابین فیصلہ کردیا جاتا۔“ اللہ تعالیٰ کی تقویم میں ہر کام کا ایک وقت مقرر ہے ‘ اسی طرح ان کے فیصلے کا بھی اللہ تعالیٰ نے ایک وقت طے کررکھا ہے۔ اگر یہ وقت پہلے سے طے نہ ہوتا تو ان کا فیصلہ اب تک چکا دیا جاتا۔ { وَاِنَّہُمْ لَفِیْ شَکٍّ مِّنْہُ مُرِیْبٍ } ”اور یقینا وہ اس کے بارے میں خلجان انگیز شک میں مبتلا ہیں۔“ یہاں مِنْہُ سے مراد قرآن مجید ہے۔ یعنی پہلے انہوں نے خواہ مخواہ اختلافات کھڑے کیے۔ لیکن جب ہم نے ان اختلافات کی وضاحت کے لیے یہ کتاب بھیج دی تو اب وہ اس کے بارے میں ایسے شک و شبہ میں مبتلا ہوگئے ہیں جس نے انہیں سخت خلجان اور الجھن میں ڈال دیا ہے اور وہ اس میں شکوک و شبہات پیدا کرنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں۔
