  1. وَقَالُوْااور وہ کہیں گے
  2. لِجُلُوْدِهِمْاپنی کھالوں کو
  3. لِمَکیوں
  4. شَهِدْتُّمْتم نے گواہی دی
  5. عَلَیْنَا ؕہمارے خلاف
  6. قَالُوْۤاوہ کہیں گے
  7. اَنْطَقَنَابلوایا ہم کو
  8. اللّٰهُاللہ نے
  9. الَّذِیْۤوہ ذات
  10. اَنْطَقَجس نے بلوایا
  11. كُلَّہر
  12. شَیْءٍچیز کو
  13. وَّهُوَاور وہی ہے
  14. خَلَقَكُمْاس نے پیدا کیا تم کو
  15. اَوَّلَپہلی
  16. مَرَّةٍبار
  17. وَّاِلَیْهِاور اسی کی طرف
  18. تُرْجَعُوْنَتم لوٹائے جاؤ گے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

وہ اپنے جسم کی کھالوں سے کہیں گے”تم نے ہمارے خلاف کیوں گواہی دی؟“ وہ جواب دیں گی”ہمیں اُسی خدا نے گویائی دی ہے جس نے ہر چیز کو گویا کر دیا ہے۔1 اُسی نے تم کو پہلی مرتبہ پیدا کیا تھا اور اب اُسی کی طرف تم واپس لائے جارہے ہو

  1. اس سے معلوم صرف انسان کے اپنے اعضاٴئے جسم ہی قیامت کے روز گواہی نہیں دیں گے،بلکہ ہر وہ چیز بول اٹھے گی جس کے سامنے انسان نے کسی فعل کا ارتکاب کیا تھا۔ یہی بات سورہ زلزال میں فرمائی گئی ہے کہ : وَ اَخْرَ جَتِ الْاَرضُ اَثْقَا لَھَا o وَقَا لَ ا لْاِنْسَانُ مَا لَھَا o یَوْمَئِذٍتَحَدِّ ثُ اَ خْبَا رَھَا oبِاَ نَّ رَبَّکَ اَوْحٰی لَھَا o زمین وہ سارے بوجھ نکال پھینکے گی جو اس کے اندر بھرے پڑے ہیں ، اور انسان کہے گا کہ یہ اسے کیا ہو گیا ہے، اس روز زمین اپنی ساری سرگزشت سنا دے گی (یعنی جوجو کچھ انسان نے اس کی پیٹھ پر کیا  ہے اس کی ساری داستان بیان کر دے گی)۔ کیونکہ تیرا رب اسے بیان کرنے کا حکم دے چکا ہو گا۔
