Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اُن سے کہا جائے گا”یہ تمہارا انجام اِس لیے ہوا ہے کہ تم زمین میں غیر حق پر مگن تھے اور پھر اُس پر اِتراتے تھے۔1

  1.  یعنی تم نے صرف اتنے ہی پر اکتفا نہ کیا کہ جو چیز حق نہ تھی اس کی تم نے پیروی کی، بلکہ تم اس غیر حق پر ایسے مگن سے کہ جب حق تمہارے سامنے پیش کیا گیا تو تم نے اس کی طرف التفات نہ کیا اور الٹے اپنی باطل پرستی پر اتراتے رہے۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور یہ سب اس لیے ہوا کہ تم زمین میں ناحق اتراتے تھے اور اس لیے بھی کہ تم اکڑا بھی کرتے تھے۔

Commentary

آیت 75 { ذٰلِکُمْ بِمَا کُنْتُمْ تَفْرَحُوْنَ فِی الْاَرْضِ بِغَیْرِ الْحَقِّ وَبِمَا کُنْتُمْ تَمْرَحُوْنَ } ”اور یہ سب اس لیے ہوا کہ تم زمین میں ناحق اتراتے تھے اور اس لیے بھی کہ تم اکڑا بھی کرتے تھے۔“ تم لوگ دنیا کے مال و متاع پر خواہ مخواہ اکٹرفوں دکھاتے تھے۔ گویا تم ہلدی کی گانٹھ مل جانے پر پنساری بن بیٹھے تھے۔ حالانکہ دنیا میں تمہارا وہ سارا مال و متاع ہمارا ہی عطا کیا ہوا تھا جس پر اترانے اور فخر جتلانے کا تمہیں کوئی حق نہیں تھا۔
