Surah 40, ayah 12

  1. ذٰلِكُمْیہ بات
  2. بِاَنَّهٗۤبوجہ اس کے
  3. اِذَاکہ بیشک
  4. دُعِیَوہ جب پکارا گیا
  5. اللّٰهُاللہ کا
  6. وَحْدَهٗاکیلے اسی کو
  7. كَفَرْتُمْ ۚکفر کیا تم نے
  8. وَاِنْاور اگر
  9. یُّشْرَكْشرک کیا گیا
  10. بِهٖساتھ اس کے
  11. تُؤْمِنُوْا ؕتو مان گئے تم
  12. فَالْحُكْمُپس فیصلہ
  13. لِلّٰهِاللہ ہی کے لیے ہے
  14. الْعَلِیِّجو بلند ہے
  15. الْكَبِیْرِبہت بڑا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

(جواب ملے گا)”یہ حالت جس میں تم مبتلا ہو، اس وجہ سے ہے کہ جب اکیلے اللہ کی طرف بُلایا جاتا تھا تو تم ماننے سے انکار کر دیتےتھے اور جب اُس کے ساتھ دُوسروں کو مِلایا جاتا تو تُم مان لیتے تھے۔ اب فیصلہ اللہ بزرگ و برتر کے ہاتھ ہے۔1

  1.  یعنی فیصلہ اب اسی اکیلے خدا کے ہاتھ میں ہے جس  کی خدائی پر تم راضی نہ تھے، اور ان دوسروں کا فیصلے میں کوئی دخل نہیں ہے جنہیں خدائی کے اختیارات میں حصّہ دار قرار دینے پر تمہیں بڑا اصرار تھا۔ (اس مقام کو سمجھنے کے لیے سورہ زمر آیت 45 اور اس کا حاشیہ 64 بھی نگاہ میں رہنا چاہیے )۔ اس فقرے میں آپ سے آپ یہ مفہوم بھی شامل ہے کہ اب اس عذاب کی حالت سے تمہارے نکلنے کی کوئی سبیل نہیں ہے، کیونکہ تم نے صرف آخرت ہی کا انکار نہیں کیا تھا بلکہ اپنے خالق و پروردگار سے تم کو چڑ تھی اور اس کے ساتھ دوسروں کو ملاۓ بغیر تمہیں چین نہ آتا تھا۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

یہ اس لیے ہے کہ جب اکیلے اللہ کو پکارا جاتا تھا تو تم انکار کرتے تھے۔ اور اگر اس کے ساتھ شرک کیا جاتا تو تم مان لیتے تو اب ُ کل اختیار اللہ ہی کے ہاتھ میں ہے جو بہت بلند بہت عظمت والا ہے

Commentary

آیت 12 { ذٰلِکُمْ بِاَنَّہٗٓ اِذَا دُعِیَ اللّٰہُ وَحْدَہٗ کَفَرْتُمْ } ”یہ اس لیے ہے کہ جب اکیلے اللہ کو پکارا جاتا تھا تو تم انکار کرتے تھے۔“ { وَاِنْ یُّشْرَکْ بِہٖ تُؤْمِنُوْا } ”اور اگر اس کے ساتھ شرک کیا جاتا تو تم مان لیتے۔“ { فَالْحُکْمُ لِلّٰہِ الْعَلِیِّ الْکَبِیْرِ } ”تو اب ُ کل اختیار اللہ ہی کے ہاتھ میں ہے جو بہت بلند ‘ بہت عظمت والا ہے۔“
