Tafheem-ul-Quran

اور جب تقسیم کے موقع پر کنبہ کے لوگ اور یتیم اور مسکین آئیں تو اس مال میں سے ان کو بھی کچھ دو اور اُن کے ساتھ بھلے مانسوں کی سی بات کرو۔1

  1. خطاب میّت کے وارثوں سے ہے اور انہیں ہدایت فرمائی جارہی ہے کہ میراث کی تقسیم کے موقع پر جو دُور نزدیک کے رشتہ دار اور کنبہ کے غریب و مسکین لوگ اور یتیم بچّے آجائیں ان کے ساتھ تنگ دلی نہ برتو۔ میراث میں ازرُوئے شرع اُن کا حصّہ نہیں ہے تو نہ سہی، وُسعتِ قلب سے کام لے کر ترکہ  میں سے اُن کو بھی کچھ نہ کچھ دے دو، اور ان  کے ساتھ وہ دل شکن باتیں نہ کرو جو ایسے مواقع پر بالعمُوم چھوٹے دل کے کم ظرف لوگ کیا کرتے ہیں۔

اور جب حاضر ہوں تقسیم کے وقت قرابت دار اور یتیم اور محتاج تو انہیں بھی کچھ دے دلا دو اس میں سے اور ان سے معقول انداز میں بات کرو

Commentary

آیت 8 وَاِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَۃَ اُولُوا الْقُرْبٰی وَالْیَتٰمٰی وَالْمَسٰکِیْنُ جب وراثت کی تقسیم ہو رہی ہو تو اب اگر وہاں کچھ قرابت دار ‘ کچھ یتیم اور کچھ محتاج بھی آجائیں۔فَارْزُقُوْہُمْ مِّنْہُ وَقُوْلُوْا لَہُمْ قَوْلاً مَّعْرُوْفًا ۔وہ دیکھ رہے ہیں کہ اس وقت وراثت تقسیم ہو رہی ہے اور وہ بالکل محتاج ہیں ‘ تو ان کے احساس محرومیت کا جو بھی مداوا ہوسکتا ہے کرو ‘ اور ان سے بڑے اچھے انداز میں بات کرو۔ انہیں جھڑکو نہیں کہ ہماری وراثت تقسیم ہو رہی ہے اور یہاں تم کون آگئے ہو ؟
