مردوں کے لیے بھی حصہ ہے اس میں سے جو ترکہ چھوڑا ہو والدین نے اور رشتہ داروں نے اور عورتوں کا بھی حصہ ہے اس میں سے جو ترکہ ہے والدین اور رشتہ داروں کا چاہے وہ وراثت تھوڑی ہو یا زیادہ ہو یہ حصہ ہے (اللہ کی طرف سے) فرض کیا گیا

Commentary
آیت 7 لِلرِّجَالِ نَصِیْبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَکَ الْوَالِدٰنِ وَالْاَقْرَبُوْنَ وَلِلنِّسَآءِ نَصِیْبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَکَ الْوَالِدٰنِ وَالْاَقْرَبُوْنَ یہاں اب پہلی مرتبہ عورتوں کو وراثت کا حق دیا جا رہا ہے ‘ ورنہ قبل از اسلام عرب معاشرے میں عورت کا کوئی حق وراثت نہیں تھا۔ َ مِمَّا قَلَّ مِنْہُ اَوْ کَثُرَ ط اللہ تعالیٰ کا قانون اس پر ہر صورت میں پوری طرح نافذ ہونا چاہیے۔ نَصِیْبًا مَّفْرُوْضًا آگے آپ دیکھیں گے کہ اس قانون وراثت کی کس طرح بار بار تاکید آرہی ہے۔ ساتھ ہی آپ یہ بھی دیکھتے رہیں کہ ہمارے معاشرے کے اندر اللہ تعالیٰ کے اس حکم کی کس طرح دھجیاں بکھرتی ہیں۔ خاص طور پر ہمارے شمالی علاقے میں ویسے تو نماز روزہ کا بہت اہتمام ہوتا ہے ‘ لیکن وہاں کے لوگ بیٹیوں کو وراثت میں حصہ دینے کو کسی صورت تیار نہیں ہوتے ‘ بلکہ اپنے رواج کی پیروی کرتے ہیں۔ شریعت کی کچھ چیزیں بہت اہم ہیں اور قرآن میں ان کا حکم انتہائی تاکید کے ساتھ آتا ہے۔
