Commentary
آیت 5 وَلاَ تُؤْتُوا السُّفَہَآءَ اَمْوَالَکُمُ الَّتِیْ جَعَلَ اللّٰہُ لَکُمْ قِیٰمًا معاشرے میں ایک طبقہ ایسا بھی ہوتا ہے جو نادانوں اور ناسمجھ لوگوں سُفَہاء پر مشتمل ہوتا ہے۔ ان میں بچے بھی شامل ہیں جو ابھی سن شعور کو نہیں پہنچے۔ ایسے بچے اگر یتیم ہوجائیں تو وہ وراثت میں ملنے والے مال کو اللوں تللوں میں اڑا سکتے ہیں۔ لہٰذا یہاں ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ ایسے مال کے بےجا استعمال کی معاشرتی سطح پر روک تھام ہونی چاہیے۔ یہ تصور ناقابل قبول ہے کہ میرا مال ہے ‘ میں جیسے چاہوں خرچ کروں ! چناچہ اس مال کو اَمْوَالَکُمْ“ کہا گیا کہ یہ اصل میں معاشرے کی مشترک بہبود کے لیے ہے۔ اگرچہ انفرادی ملکیت ہے ‘ لیکن پھر بھی اسے معاشرے کی مشترک بہبود میں خرچ ہونا چاہیے۔ ِ وَّارْزُقُوْہُمْ فِیْہَا وَاکْسُوْہُمْ وَقُوْلُوْا لَہُمْ قَوْلاً مَّعْرُوْفًا اسی اصول کے تحت برطانوی دور کے ہندوستان میں of wards Court مقرر کردیے جاتے تھے۔ اگر کوئی بڑا جاگیردار یا نواب فوت ہوجاتا اور یہ اندیشہ محسوس ہوتا کہ اس کا بیٹا آوارہ ہے اور وہ سب کچھ اڑا دے گا ‘ ختم کر دے گا تو حکومت اس میراث کو اپنی حفاظت میں لے لیتی اور ورثاء کے لیے اس میں سے سالانہ وظیفہ مقرر کردیتی۔ باقی سب مال و اسباب جمع رہتا تھا تاکہ یہ ان کی آئندہ نسل کے کام آسکے۔
