- وَاِنْاور اگر
- خِفْتُمْڈرو تم
- شِقَاقَدشمنی سے۔ اختلاف سے
- بَیْنِهِمَاان دونوں کے درمیان
- فَابْعَثُوْاتو مقرر کرو
- حَكَمًاایک منصف
- مِّنْسے
- اَهْلِهٖاس مرد کے گھروالوں میں سے
- وَحَكَمًااور ایک منصف
- مِّنْمیں سے

Bayan-ul-Quran
اور اگر تم کو میاں بیوی کے درمیان افتراق کا اندیشہ ہو تو ایک حَکَم مرد کے خاندان سے مقرر کرو اور ایک حَکَم عورت کے خاندان سے اگر وہ دونوں اصلاح چاہیں گے تو اللہ تعالیٰ ان کے درمیان موافقت پیدا کر دے گا یقیناً اللہ تعالیٰ سب کچھ جانتا ہے اور باخب رہے

Commentary
آیت 35 وَاِنْ خِفْتُمْ شِقَاقَ بَیْنِہِمَا ‘اب اگر کوئی تدبیر نتیجہ خیز نہ ہو اور ان دونوں کے مابین ضدم ضدا کی کیفیت پیدا ہوچکی ہو کہ عورت بھی اکڑ گئی ہے ‘ مرد بھی اکڑا ہوا ہے ‘ اور اب ان کا ساتھ چلنا مشکل نظر آتا ہو تو اصلاح احوال کے لیے ایک دوسری تدبیر اختیار کرنے کی ہدایت فرمائی گئی ہے۔ ّ َ فَابْعَثُوْا حَکَمًا مِّنْ اَہْلِہٖ وَحَکَمًا مِّنْ اَہْلِہَا ج اِنْ یُّرِیْدَآ اِصْلاَحًا یُّوَفِّقِ اللّٰہُ بَیْنَہُمَا ط اِنْ یُّرِیْدَآ اِصْلاَحًا“ میں مراد زوجین بھی ہوسکتے ہیں اور حکمین بھی۔ یعنی ایک تو یہ کہ اگر واقعتا شوہر اور بیوی موافقت چاہتے ہیں تو اللہ ان کے درمیان سازگاری پیدا فرما دے گا۔ بعض اوقات ایسا ہوتا ہے کہ شوہر اور بیوی دونوں کی خواہش ہوتی ہے کہ معاملہ درست ہوجائے ‘ لیکن کوئی نفسیاتی گرہ ایسی بندھ جاتی ہے جسے کھولنا ان کے بس میں نہیں ہوتا۔ اب اگر دونوں کے خاندانوں میں سے ایک ایک ثالث آجائے گا اور وہ دونوں مل بیٹھ کر خیر خواہی کے جذبے سے اصلاح احوال کی کوشش کریں گے تو اس گرہ کو کھول سکیں گے۔ یہ دونوں اسباب اختلاف کی تحقیق کریں گے ‘ میاں بیوی دونوں کے گلے شکوے اور وضاحتیں سنیں گے اور دونوں کو سمجھا بجھا کر تصفیہ کی کوئی صورت نکالیں گے۔ اِنْ یُّرِیْدَآ اِصْلاَحًا“ میں مراد حکمین بھی ہوسکتے ہیں کہ اگر وہ اصلاح کی پوری کوشش کریں گے تو اللہ تعالیٰ ان کے مابین موافقت ‘ پیدا فرما دے گا۔ لیکن میرا رجحان پہلی رائے کی طرف زیادہ ہے کہ اس سے مراد میاں بیوی ہیں۔
