Surah 4, ayah 173

  1. فَاَمَّاتو لیکن۔ تو رہے
  2. الَّذِیْنَوہ لوگ
  3. اٰمَنُوْاجو ایمان لائے
  4. وَعَمِلُوااور انہوں نے عمل کیے
  5. الصّٰلِحٰتِاچھے۔ نیک
  6. فَیُوَفِّیْهِمْپس وہ پورے پورے دے گا ان کو
  7. اُجُوْرَهُمْان کے اجر
  8. وَیَزِیْدُهُمْاور وہ زیادہ دے گا ان کو
  9. مِّنْسے
  10. فَضْلِهٖ ۚاپنے فضل
  11. وَاَمَّااور رہے
  12. الَّذِیْنَوہ لوگ
  13. اسْتَنْكَفُوْاجنہوں نے عار سمجھا۔ جو بیزار ہوئے
  14. وَاسْتَكْبَرُوْااور انہوں نے تکبر کیا
  15. فَیُعَذِّبُهُمْتو وہ عذاب دے گا ان کو
  16. عَذَابًاعذاب
  17. اَلِیْمًا ۙ۬دردناک
  18. وَّلَااور نہیں
  19. یَجِدُوْنَوہ پائیں گے
  20. لَهُمْاپنے لیے
  21. مِّنْکے
  22. دُوْنِسوا
  23. اللّٰهِاللہ کے
  24. وَلِیًّاکوئی دوست
  25. وَّلَااور نہ
  26. نَصِیْرًامددگار

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اُس وقت وہ لوگ جنہوں نے ایمان لا کر نیک طرز عمل اختیار کیا ہے اپنے اجر پورے پورے پائیں گے اور اللہ اپنے فضل سے ان کو مزید اجر عطا فرمائے گا، اور جن لوگوں نے بندگی کو عار سمجھا اور تکبر کیا ہے اُن کو اللہ دردناک سزا دے گا اور اللہ کے سوا جن جن کی سرپرستی و مددگاری پر وہ بھروسہ رکھتے ہیں ان میں سے کسی کو بھی وہ وہاں نہ پائیں گے

Bayan-ul-Quran

پس جو لوگ ایمان لائے ہوں گے اور انہوں نے نیک عمل کیے ہوں گے تو ان کو تو ان کا پورا پورا اجر بھی دے گا اور انہیں مزید بھی دے گا اپنے خاص فضل میں سے اور جنہوں نے (عبدیت کے اندر) عار محسوس کی تھی اور تکبر کیا تھا تو ان کو وہ درد ناک عذاب دے گا اور وہ نہیں پائیں گے اپنے لیے اللہ کے مقابلے میں کوئی حمایتی اور نہ کوئی مدد گار

Commentary

آیت 173 فَاَمَّا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ فَیُوَفِّیْہِمْ اُجُوْرَہُمْ وَیَزِیْدُہُمْ مِّنْ فَضْلِہٖ ج۔ایسے لوگوں کو ان کے اجر کے علاوہ بونس بھی ملے گا۔ جیسے آپ کسی کام کرنے والے کو اچھا کام کرنے پر اجرت کے علاوہ انعام tip بھی دیتے ہیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے خزانۂ فضل سے انہیں ان کے مقررہ اجر سے بڑھ کر نوازے گا۔
