(اے نبی ﷺ ہم نے آپ ﷺ کی جانب بھی وحی کی ہے جیسے ہم نے نوح ؑ اور ان کے بعد بہت سے انبیاء پر وحی کی تھی اور ہم نے ابراہیم ؑ اسماعیل ؑ اسحاق ؑ یعقوب ؑ اور ان کی اولاد کی طرف بھی وحی کی اور عیسیٰ ؑ ایوب ؑ یونس ؑ ہارون ؑ اور سلیمان ؑ کی طرف (بھی وحی کی)۔ اور داؤد ؑ کو تو ہم نے زبور (جیسی کتاب) عطا فرمائی

Commentary
اس رکوع کے شروع میں انبیاء اور رسولوں کے ناموں کا ایک خوبصورت گلدستہ نظر آتا ہے۔ قرآن پاک میں متعدد ایسے مقامات ہیں جہاں ایسے گلدستے خوبصورتی سے سجائے گئے ہیں۔ یہاں آپ کو پے بہ پے انبیاء اور رسولوں کے نام ملیں گے اور پھر ان میں سے بعض کی اضافی شانوں کا ذکر بھی ملے گا۔ اس کے بعد فلسفۂ قرآن کے اعتبار سے ایک بہت اہم آیت بھی آئے گی ‘ جس میں نبوت کا بنیادی مقصد اور اساسی فلسفہ بیان کیا گیا ہے۔
