- وَالّٰتِیْاور وہ عورتیں
- یَاْتِیْنَجو آئیں۔ ارتکاب کریں
- الْفَاحِشَةَبےحیائی کا
- مِنْسے
- نِّسَآىِٕكُمْتمہاری عورتوں میں
- فَاسْتَشْهِدُوْاتو گواہ بنا لو
- عَلَیْهِنَّان پر
- اَرْبَعَةًچار
- مِّنْكُمْ ۚتم میں سے
- فَاِنْپھر اگر
- شَهِدُوْاوہ گواہی دے دیں
- فَاَمْسِكُوْهُنَّتو روک لو ان کو
- فِیمیں
- الْبُیُوْتِگھروں
- حَتّٰییہاں تک کہ
- یَتَوَفّٰهُنَّفوت کردے ان کو
- الْمَوْتُموت
- اَوْیا
- یَجْعَلَبنا دے

Commentary
اب اسلامی معاشرے کی تطہیر کے لیے احکام دیے جا رہے ہیں۔ مسلمان جب تک مکہ میں تھے تو وہاں کفار کا غلبہ تھا۔ اب مدینہ میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے مسلمانوں کو وہ حیثیت دی ہے کہ اپنے معاملات کو سنوارنا شروع کریں۔ چناچہ ایک ایک کر کے ان معاشرتی معاملات اور سماجی مسائل کو زیر بحث لایا جا رہا ہے۔ اسلامی معاشرے میں عفت و عصمت کو بنیادی اہمیت حاصل ہوتی ہے۔ لہٰذا اگر معاشرے میں جنسی بےراہ روی موجود ہے تو اس کی روک تھام کیسے ہو ؟ اس کے لیے ابتدائی احکام یہاں آ رہے ہیں۔ اس ضمن میں تکمیلی احکام سورة النور میں آئیں گے۔ معاشرتی معاملات کے ضمن میں احکام پہلے سورة النساء ‘ پھر سورة الاحزاب ‘ پھر سورة النور اور پھر سورة المائدۃ میں بتدریج آئے ہیں۔ یہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی حکمت کا تقاضا ہے کہ سورة الاحزاب اور سورة النور کو مصحف میں کافی آگے رکھا گیا ہے اور یہاں پر سورة النساء کے بعد سورة المائدۃ آگئی ہے۔آیت 15 وَالّٰتِیْ یَاْتِیْنَ الْفَاحِشَۃَ مِنْ نِّسَآءِکُمْ فَاسْتَشْہِدُوْا عَلَیْہِنَّ اَرْبَعَۃً مِّنْکُمْ ج فَاِنْ شَہِدُوْا فَاَمْسِکُوْہُنَّ فِی الْبُیُوْتِ حَتّٰی یَتَوَفّٰٹہُنَّ الْمَوْتُ اسی حالت میں ان کی زندگی کا خاتمہ ہوجائے۔اَوْیَجْعَلَ اللّٰہُ لَہُنَّ سَبِیْلاً بدکاری کے متعلق یہ ابتدائی حکم تھا۔ بعد میں سورة النور میں حکم آگیا کہ بدکاری کرنے والے مرد و عورت دونوں کو سو سو کوڑے لگائے جائیں۔ معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ یہاں ایسی لڑکیوں یا عورتوں کا تذکرہ ہے جو مسلمانوں میں سے تھیں مگر ان کا بدکاری کا معاملہ کسی غیر مسلم مرد سے ہوگیا جو اسلامی معاشرے کے دباؤ میں نہیں ہے۔ ایسی عورتوں کے متعلق یہ ہدایت فرمائی گئی کہ انہیں تاحکم ثانی گھروں کے اندر محبوس رکھا جائے۔
