  1. وَلَوْلَااور اگر نہ
  2. فَضْلُفضل ہوتا
  3. اللّٰهِاللہ کا
  4. عَلَیْكَآپ پر
  5. وَرَحْمَتُهٗاور رحمت اس کی
  6. لَهَمَّتْالبتہ ارادہ کرلیا تھا
  7. طَّآىِٕفَةٌایک گروہ نے
  8. مِّنْهُمْان میں سے
  9. اَنْکہ
  10. یُّضِلُّوْكَ ؕبہکا دیں آپ کو
  11. وَمَااور نہیں
  12. یُضِلُّوْنَوہ بہکاتے
  13. اِلَّاۤمگر
  14. اَنْفُسَهُمْاپنے نفسوں کو
  15. وَمَااور نہیں
  16. یَضُرُّوْنَكَوہ نقصان دے سکتے آپ کو
  17. مِنْبھی
  18. شَیْءٍ ؕکچھ
  19. وَاَنْزَلَاور نازل کی
  20. اللّٰهُاللہ نے
  21. عَلَیْكَآپ پر
  22. الْكِتٰبَکتاب
  23. وَالْحِكْمَةَاور حکمت
  24. وَعَلَّمَكَاور سکھایا آپ کو
  25. مَاجو
  26. لَمْنہ
  27. تَكُنْآپ تھے
  28. تَعْلَمُ ؕجانتے
  29. وَكَانَاور ہے
  30. فَضْلُفضل
  31. اللّٰهِاللہ کا
  32. عَلَیْكَآپ پر
  33. عَظِیْمًابہت بڑا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اے نبی ؐ! اگر اللہ کا فضل تم پر نہ ہوتا اور اس کی رحمت تمہارے شامل حال نہ ہوتی تو ان میں سے ایک گروہ نے تو تمہیں غلط فہمی میں مبتلا کرنے کا فیصلہ کر ہی لیا تھا، حالانکہ درحقیقت وہ خود اپنے سوا کسی کو غلط فہمی میں مبتلا نہیں کر رہے تھے۔ اور تمہارا کوئی نقصان نہ کر سکتے تھے۔1اللہ نے تم پر کتاب اور حکمت نازل کی ہے اور تم کو وہ کچھ بتایا ہے جو تمہیں معلوم نہ تھا، اور اس کا فضل تم پر بہت ہے

  1. یعنی اگر وہ غلط روداد پیش کر کے تمہیں غلط فہمی میں مبتلا کر نے میں کامیاب ہو بھی جاتے اور اپنے حق میں انصاف کے خلاف فیصلہ حاصل کر لیتے تو نقصان انہی کا تھا، تمہارا کچھ بھی نہ بگڑتا۔ کیونکہ خدا کے نزدیک مجرم وہ ہوتے  نہ کہ تم۔ جو شخص حاکم کو دھوکہ دے کر اپنے حق میں فیصلہ کرتا ہے وہ دراصل خود اپنے آپ کو اس غلط فہمی میں مبتلا کرتا ہے کہ ان تدبیروں سے حق اس کے ساتھ ہو گیا، حالانکہ فی الواقع اللہ  کے نزدیک حق جس کا ہے اسی کا رہتا ہے اور فریب خوردہ حاکم کے فیصلہ سے حقیقت پر کوئی اثر نہیں پڑتا۔ (ملاحظہ ہو سُورہ بقرہ حاشیہ نمبر 197)۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور (اے نبی ﷺ اگر اللہ کا فضل اور اس کی رحمت آپ ﷺ کے شامل حال نہ ہوتی تو ان (منافقین) کا ایک گروہ تو اس پر تل گیا تھا کہ آپ کو گمراہ کر دے اور حقیقت میں وہ نہیں گمراہ کرتے مگر اپنے آپ کو اور (اے نبی ﷺ وہ آپ ﷺ کو کچھ بھی نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکتے اور اللہ نے آپ ﷺ پر کتاب نازل کی ہے اور حکمت بھی اور آپ ﷺ کو وہ کچھ سکھایا ہے جو آپ ﷺ نہیں جانتے تھے اور یقیناً اللہ کا فضل ہے آپ ﷺ پر بہت بڑا۔

Commentary

آیت 113 وَلَوْلاَ فَضْلُ اللّٰہِ عَلَیْکَ وَرَحْمَتُہٗ لَہَمَّتْ طَّآءِفَۃٌ مِّنْہُمْ اَنْ یُّضِلُّوْکَ ط۔ وہ لوگ تو اس پر کمر بستہ تھے کہ آپ ﷺ کو غلط فہمی میں مبتلا کر کے آپ ﷺ سے غلط فیصلہ کروائیں ‘ عدالت محمدی ﷺ سے ظلم پر مبنی فیصلہ صادر ہوجائے ‘ گنا ہگار چھوٹ جائے اور جو اصل مجرم نہیں تھا ‘ بالکل بےگناہ تھا ‘ اس کو پکڑلیا جائے۔وَمَا یُضِلُّوْنَ الاّآ اَنْفُسَہُمْ وَمَا یَضُرُّوْنَکَ مِنْ شَیْءٍ ط۔ہم ایسے مواقع پر بر وقت آپ ﷺ کو مطلع کرتے رہیں گے۔
