اور جو کوئی کسی غلطی یا گناہ کا ارتکاب کرتا ہے پھر اس کا الزام کسی بےگناہ پر لگا دیتا ہے تو اس نے اپنے سر ایک بہت بڑا بہتان اور بہت صریح گناہ کا بوجھ لے لیا

Commentary
آیت 112 وَمَنْ یَّکْسِبْ خَطِیْٓءَۃً اَوْ اِثْمًا ثُمَّ یَرْمِ بِہٖ بَرِیْٓءًا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلَ بُہْتَانًا وَّاِثْمًا مُّبِیْنًا کسی نے کوئی گناہ کمایا ‘ کوئی خطا کی ‘ کوئی غلطی کی ‘ کوئی جرم کیا ‘ پھر اس کی تہمت کسی بےقصور شخص پر لگا دی تو بہت بڑے بہتان اور کھلم کھلا گناہ کا بار سمیٹ لیا۔ مذکورہ معاملے میں یہودی تو بےقصور تھا ‘ جو لوگ اس کو سزا دلوانے کے لیے تل گئے تو ان کا یہ فعل یَرْمِ بِہٖ بَرِیْٓءًا کے زمرے میں آگیا۔ کسی بےگناہ پر اس طرح کا بہتان لگانا اللہ کے نزدیک بہت سنجیدہ معاملہ ہے۔ اس کے بعد اب اس یہودی اور منافق کے مقدمے کے کچھ مزید پہلوؤں کے بارے میں حضور ﷺ سے خطاب ہو رہا ہے۔
