یہ تم لوگ ہو جنہوں نے دنیا کی زندگی میں ان (مجرموں) کی طرف سے جھگڑا کرلیا مگر قیامت کے دن اللہ سے ان کے بارے میں کون جھگڑا کرے گا ؟ یا کون ہوگا جو (وہاں) ان کا وکیل بن سکے گا ؟

Commentary
آیت 109 ہٰٓاَنْتُمْ ہٰٓؤُلَآءِ جٰدَلْتُمْ عَنْہُمْ فِی الْْحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنْیَاقف فَمَنْ یُّجَادِلُ اللّٰہَ عَنْہُمْ یَوْمَ الْقِیٰمَۃِ اَمْ مَّنْ یَّکُوْنُ عَلَیْہِمْ وَکِیْلاً یہ خطاب ہے اس منافق چور کے قبیلے کے لوگوں سے کہ اے لوگو ! تم نے دنیا کی زندگی میں تو مجرموں کی طرف سے خوب وکالت کرلی ‘ یہاں تک کہ حضور ﷺ کو بھی قائل کرنے کی حد تک تم پہنچ گئے۔ مگر یہاں تم انہیں چھڑا بھی لیتے اور بالفرض حضور ﷺ کو بھی قائل کرلیتے تو قیامت کے دن انہیں اللہ کی پکڑ سے کون چھڑاتا ؟ اس ضمن میں حضور ﷺ کی ایک حدیث کا مفہوم اس طرح ہے کہ میرے سامنے کوئی مقدمہ پیش ہوتا ہے ‘ اس میں ایک فریق زیادہ چرب زبان ہوتا ہے ‘ وہ اپنی بات بہتر طور پر پیش کرتا ہے اور میرے ہاں سے اپنے حق میں غلط طور پر فیصلہ لے جاتا ہے۔ فرض کیجئے کسی زمین کے ٹکڑے کے بارے میں کوئی تنازعہ تھا اور ایک شخص غلط طور پر بات ثابت کر کے اپنے حق میں فیصلہ لے گیا۔ لیکن اسے معلوم ہونا چاہیے کہ اس طرح وہ زمین کا ٹکڑا نہیں بلکہ جہنم کا ٹکڑا لے کر گیا ہے۔ یعنی خود رسول اللہ ﷺ جو بھی فیصلے کرتے تھے شہادتوں کے اعتبار سے کرتے تھے ‘ حضور ﷺ کے لیے اللہ کی طرف سے ہر وقت اور ہر مرحلے پر تو وحی نازل نہیں ہوتی تھی ‘ جہاں اللہ تعالیٰ چاہتا آپ ﷺ کو متنبہ فرما دیتا تھا۔ اس لیے آئندہ کے لیے اللہ تعالیٰ نے تنبیہہ فرما دی کہ اگر کچھ لوگ اس دنیا میں جھوٹ ‘ فریب اور غلط فیصلے کے ذریعے کوئی مفاد حاصل کر بھی لیتے ہیں تو انہیں یہ بات نہیں بھولنی چاہیے کہ ایک دن اس کی عدالت میں بھی پیش ہونا ہے جہاں جھوٹ اور غلط بیانی سے کام نہیں چلے گا ‘ وہاں ان کے حق میں اللہ سے کون جھگڑے گا ؟
