  1. وَلَااور نہ
  2. تَهِنُوْاتم سستی کرو۔ کمزوری دکھاؤ
  3. فِیمیں
  4. ابْتِغَآءِتعاقب
  5. الْقَوْمِ ؕگروہ کے
  6. اِنْاگر
  7. تَكُوْنُوْاہو تم
  8. تَاْلَمُوْنَتکلیف اٹھاتے
  9. فَاِنَّهُمْتو بیشک وہ
  10. یَاْلَمُوْنَوہ بھی تکلیف اٹھاتے ہیں
  11. كَمَاجیسا کہ
  12. تَاْلَمُوْنَ ۚتم تکلیف اٹھاتے ہو
  13. وَتَرْجُوْنَاور تم امید رکھتے ہو
  14. مِنَسے
  15. اللّٰهِاللہ
  16. مَاجو
  17. لَانہیں
  18. یَرْجُوْنَ ؕوہ امید رکھتے
  19. وَكَانَاور ہے
  20. اللّٰهُاللہ
  21. عَلِیْمًاعلم والا
  22. حَكِیْمًاحکمت والا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اِس گروہ1کے تعاقب میں کمزوری نہ دکھاوٴ۔ اگر تم تکلیف اُٹھارہے ہو تو تمہاری طرح وہ بھی تکلیف اُٹھارہے ہیں۔ اور تم اللہ سے اُس چیز کے اُمّیدوار ہو جس کے وہ اُمّیدوار نہیں ہیں۔2 اللہ سب کچھ جانتا ہے اور وہ حکیم و دانا ہے

  1. یعنی گروہِ کفار جو اُس وقت اسلام کی دعوت اور نظامِ اسلامی کے قیام کی راہ میں مانع و مزاحم بن کر کھڑا ہوا تھا۔

  2. یعنی تعجب کا مقام ہے کہ اگر اہلِ ایمان حق کی خاطر اُتنی تکلیفیں بھی برداشت نہ کریں جتنی کفار باطل کی خاطر برداشت کر رہے ہیں ، حالانکہ اُن کے سامنے صرف دنیا اور اس کے ناپائیدار فائدے ہیں اور اس کے برعکس اہلِ ایمان ربّ السمٰوات والارض کی خوشنودی ق تقرب اور اس کے ابدی انعامات کے امیدوار ہیں۔
