Surah 39, ayah 1

  1. تَنْزِیْلُنازل کرنا ہے
  2. الْكِتٰبِکتاب کا
  3. مِنَسے
  4. اللّٰهِاللہ کی طرف
  5. الْعَزِیْزِجو غالب ہے،
  6. الْحَكِیْمِحکمت والا ہے

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اِس کتاب کا نزول اللہ زبردست اور دانا کی طرف سے ہے۔1

  1. یہ اس سورہ کی مختصر تمہید ہے جس میں بس یہ  بتانے پر اکتفا کیا گیا ہے کہ محمد صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم کا اپنا کلام نہیں ہے ، جیسا کہ منکرین کہتے ہیں ، بلکہ یہ اللہ تعالیٰ کا کلام ہے جو اس نے خود نازل فرمایا ہے۔ اس کے ساتھ اللہ تعالیٰ کی دو صفات کا ذکر کر کے سامعین کو دو حقیقتوں پر متنبہ کیا گیا ہے تاکہ وہ اس کلام کو کوئی معمولی چیز نہ سمجھیں بلکہ اس کی اہمیت محسوس کریں۔ ایک یہ کہ جس خدا نے اسے نازل کیا ہے وہ عزیز ہے ، یعنی ایسا زبردست ہے کہ اس کے ارادوں اور فیصلوں کو نافذ ہونے سے کوئی طاقت روک نہیں سکتی اور کسی کی یہ مجال نہیں ہے کہ اس کے مقابلہ میں ذرہ برابر بھی مزاحمت کر سکے۔ دوسرے یہ کہ وہ حکیم ہے ، یعنی جو ہدایت وہ اس کتاب میں دے رہا ہے وہ سراسر دانائی پر مبنی ہے اور صرف ایک جاہل و نادان آدمی ہی اس سے منہ موڑ سکتا ہے۔ (مزید تشریح کے لیے ملاحظہ ہو تفہیم القرآن، جلد چہارم، السجدہ، حاشیہ نمبر 1۔)

اس کتاب کا نازل کیا جانا ہے اس اللہ کی طرف سے جو زبردست کمال حکمت والا ہے

Commentary

آیت 1 { تَنْزِیْلُ الْکِتٰبِ مِنَ اللّٰہِ الْعَزِیْزِ الْحَکِیْمِ } ”اس کتاب کا نازل کیا جانا ہے اس اللہ کی طرف سے جو زبردست ‘ کمال حکمت والا ہے۔“ سورة الزمر اور سورة المومن کا آپس میں جوڑے کا تعلق ہے۔ چناچہ ان دونوں سورتوں کا آغاز بھی ایک جیسے الفاظ سے ہو رہا ہے ‘ صرف ”الحکیم“ اور ”العلیم“ کا فرق ہے۔ جیسے کہ پہلے بھی ذکر ہوچکا ہے کہ زیر مطالعہ ضمنی گروپ کی ان آٹھ سورتوں میں سے پہلی سورت یعنی سورة الزمر کے آغاز میں حروفِ مقطعات نہیں ہیں جبکہ باقی ساتوں سورتیں سورۃ المومن تا سورة الاحقاف حٰمٓ کے حروف سے شروع ہوتی ہیں۔
