یقیناً اُس کے لیے ہمارے ہاں تقرُّب کا مقام اور بہتر انجام ہے۔1

اس ذکر سے اصل مقصود یہ بتانا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کو بندے کی اکڑ جتنی مبغوض ہے ، اس کی عاجزی کی ادا اتنی ہی محبوب ہے ۔ بندہ اگر قصور کرے اور تنبیہ کرنے پر اُلٹا اور زیادہ اکڑ جائے تو انجام وہ ہوتا ہے جو آگے آدم و ابلیس کے قصے میں بیان ہورہا ہے ۔ اس کے برعکس ذرا لغزش بھی اگر بندے سے ہو جائے اور وہ توبہ کر کے عاجزی کے ساتھ اپنے رب کے آگے جھک جائے تو اس پر وہ نوازشات فرمائی جاتی ہیں جو داؤد و سلیمان علیہما السلام پر فرمائی گئیں ۔ حضرت سلیمانؑ نے استغفار کے بعد جو دعا کی تھی، اللہ تعالیٰ نے اسے لفظ بلفظ پورا کیا اور ان کو فی الواقع ایسی بادشاہی دی جو نہ ان سے پہلے کسی کو ملی نہ تھی، نہ ان کے بعد آج تک کسی کو عطا کی گئی۔ ہواؤں پر تصرُّف اور جِنوں پر حکمرانی ایک ایسی غیر معمولی طاقت ہے جو انسانی تاریخ میں سرف حضرت سلیمان ہی کو بخشی گئی ہے ، کوئی دوسرا اس میں ان کا شریک نہیں ہے ۔
