  1. فَقَالَتو اس نے کہا
  2. اِنِّیْۤبیشک میں نے
  3. اَحْبَبْتُمیں نے ترجیح دی
  4. حُبَّمحبت کو
  5. الْخَیْرِمال کی
  6. عَنْسے
  7. ذِكْرِیاد کی وجہ
  8. رَبِّیْ ۚاپنے رب کی
  9. حَتّٰییہاں تک کہ
  10. تَوَارَتْسورج چھپ گیا
  11. بِالْحِجَابِپردے میں

تو اس نے کہا”میں نے اس مال1 کی محبّت اپنے ربّ کی یاد کی وجہ سے اختیار کی ہے۔“ یہاں تک کہ جب وہ گھوڑے نگاہ سے اوجھل ہوگئے

  1.  اصل میں لفظ خَیْر  استعمال ہوا ہے جو عربی زبان میں مال کثیر کے لیے بھی استعمال ہوتا ہے ، اور گھوڑوں کے لیے بھی مجازاً استعمال کیا جاتا ہے ۔ حضرت سلیمان علیہ السلام نے ان گھوڑوں کو چونکہ راہ خدا میں جہاد کے لیے رکھا تھا، اس لیے انہوں نے ’’ خیر ‘‘ کے لفظ سے ان کو تعبیر فرمایا۔

تو اس نے کہا کہ میں نے پسند کرلیا مال کی محبت کو اپنے رب کے ذکر کے مقابلے میں ! یہاں تک کہ (سور ج) چھپ گیا اوٹ میں

Commentary

آیت 32 { فَقَالَ اِنِّیْٓ اَحْبَبْتُ حُبَّ الْخَیْرِ عَنْ ذِکْرِ رَبِّیْ } ”تو اس نے کہا کہ میں نے پسند کرلیا مال کی محبت کو اپنے رب کے ذکر کے مقابلے میں !“ حُبَّ الْخَیْرِ سے مال و دولت یعنی گھوڑوں کی محبت مراد ہے کہ میں گھوڑوں کی محبت میں اس قدر مشغول ہوگیا کہ اپنے رب کے ذکرکو بھول گیا۔ اپنے ربّ کی یاد سے غافل ہوگیا۔ { حَتّٰی تَوَارَتْ بِالْحِجَابِ } ”یہاں تک کہ سور ج چھپ گیا اوٹ میں۔“ یہاں پر تَوَارَتْ کے بعد الشَمْس سور ج کا لفظ گویا محذوف ہے۔
