  1. فَغَفَرْنَاپس بخش دیا ہم نے
  2. لَهٗان کے لئے
  3. ذٰلِكَ ؕاس بات کو
  4. وَاِنَّاور بیشک
  5. لَهٗان کے لئے
  6. عِنْدَنَاہمارے ہاں
  7. لَزُلْفٰیالبتہ تقریب کا مقام ہے
  8. وَحُسْنَاور بہتر
  9. مَاٰبٍانجام

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

تب ہم نے اس کا وہ قصُور معاف کیا اور یقیناً ہمارے ہاں اس کے لیے تقرُّب کا مقام اور بہتر انجام ہے۔1

  1.  اس سے معلوم ہو ا کہ حضرت داؤد سے قصور ضرور ہوا  تھا، اور وہ کوئی ایسا قصور تھا جو دنبیوں والے مقدمے سے کسی طرح کی مماثلت رکھتا تھا اسی لیے اس کا فیصلہ سناتے ہوئے معاً ان کو یہ خیال آیا کہ یہ میری آزمائش ہوئی ہے ، لیکن اس قصور کی نوعیت ایسی شدید نہ تھی کہ اسے معاف نہ کیا جاتا، یا اگر معاف کیا بھی جاتا تو وہ اپنے مرتبہ سے بلند سے گرا دیے جاتے ۔ اللہ تعالیٰ یہاں خود تصریح فرما رہا ہے کہ جب انہوں نے سجدے میں گر کر توبہ کی تو نہ صرف یہ کہ انہیں معاف کر دیا گیا، بلکہ دنیا اور آخرت میں ان کو جو بلند مقام حاصل تھا اس میں بھی کوئی فرق نہ آیا۔
