وَهَلْاور کیا آئی
اَتٰىكَتیرے پاس
نَبَؤُاخبر
الْخَصْمِ ۘجھگڑنے والوں کی
اِذْجب
تَسَوَّرُواوہ دیوار پھاند کر آتے تھے
الْمِحْرَابَعبادت خانے میں
۟ۙ

پھر تمہیں کچھ خبر پہنچی ہے اُن مقدمے والوں کی جو دیوار چڑھ کر اُس کے بالاخانے میں گھُس آئے تھے؟¹

حضرت داؤد کا ذکر جس غرض کے لیے اس مقام پر کیا گیا ہے اس سے مقصود دراصل یہی قصہ سنانا ہے جو یہاں سے شروع ہوتا ہے ۔ اس سے پہلے ان کی جو صفات عالیہ بطور تمہید بیان کی گئی ہیں ان کا مقصد صرف یہ بتانا تھا کہ داؤد علیہ السلام، جن کے ساتھ یہ معاملہ پیش آیا ہے ، کس مرتبے کے انسان تھے ۔
