  2. یَنْظُرُانتظار کرتے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

یہ لوگ بھی بس ایک دھماکے کے منتظر ہیں جس کے بعد کوئی دوسرا دھماکا نہ ہوگا۔1

  1.  یعنی عذاب کا ایک ہی کڑکا انہیں ختم کر دینے کے لیے کافی ہو گا۔ کسی دوسرے کڑکے کی حاجت پیش نہ آئے گی۔ دوسرا مفہوم اس فقرے کا یہ بھی ہو سکتا ہے کہ اس کے بعد پھر انہیں کوئی افاقہ نصیب نہ ہو گا، اتنی دیر کی بھی مہلت نہ ملے گی جتنی دیر اُونٹنی کا دودھ نچوڑتے وقت ایک دفعہ سونتے ہوئے تھن میں دوبارہ سونتنے تک دودھ اترنے میں لگتی ہے ۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور یہ لوگ بھی اب منتظر نہیں ہیں مگر صرف ایک چنگھاڑ کے جس میں کوئی وقفہ نہیں ہوگا۔

Commentary

آیت 15 { وَمَا یَنْظُرُ ہٰٓؤُلَآئِ اِلَّا صَیْحَۃً وَّاحِدَۃً مَّا لَہَا مِنْ فَوَاقٍ } ”اور یہ لوگ بھی اب منتظر نہیں ہیں مگر صرف ایک چنگھاڑ کے جس میں کوئی وقفہ نہیں ہوگا۔“ ماضی کی کئی اقوام پر اللہ کا عذاب ایک مسلسل تیز آواز اور چنگھاڑ کی صورت میں بھی آیا تھا۔ چناچہ اگر مشرکین ِمکہ ّاپنی ہٹ دھرمی پر اسی طرح قائم رہے تو ایسا ہی کوئی عذاب ان پر بھی آسکتا ہے۔ آج کی سائنس بھی تصدیق کرتی ہے کہ صوتی لہریں sound waves چونکہ انرجی ہی کی ایک قسم ہے ‘ اس لیے ایک انتہائی زور دار آواز کسی بھی مادی نظام کو درہم برہم کرنے اور ماحول میں بڑے پیمانے پر تباہی پھیلانے کا باعث بن سکتی ہے۔ چناچہ اللہ تعالیٰ اگر کسی قوم کو ہلاک کرنا چاہے تو یہ کام وہ صرف ایک زور دار آواز سے ہی کرسکتا ہے۔
