ہم نے آسمانِ1 دُنیا کو تاروں کی زینت سے آراستہ کیا ہے

  1. آسمان دنیا سے مراد قریب کا آسمان ہے ، جس کا مشاہدہ کسی دوربین کی مدد کے بغیر ہم برہنہ آنکھ سے کرتے ہیں ۔ اس کے آگے جو عالم مختلف طاقتوں کی دوربینوں سے نظر آتے ہیں ، اور جن عالَموں تک ابھی ہمارے وسائل مشاہدہ کی رسائی نہیں ہوئی ہے ، وہ سب دور کے آسمان ہیں ۔ اس سلسلے میں یہ بات بھی ملحوظ خاطر رہے کہ ’’ سماء‘‘ کسی متعیّن چیز کا نام نہیں ہے بلکہ قدیم ترین زمانے سے آج تک انسان بالعموم یہ لفظ عالَمِ بالا کے لیے استعمال کرتا چلا آ رہا ہے ۔
