Tafheem-ul-Quran

(اور یہ قرآن)غالب اور رحیم  ہستی کا نازل کردہ ہے1

  1.  یہاں قرآن کے نازل کرنے والے کی دو صفتیں بیان کی گئی ہیں۔ ایک یہ کہ وہ غالب اور زبردست ہے ۔ دوسرے یہ کہ وہ رحیم ہے ۔ پہلی صفت بیان کرنے سے مقصود اس حقیقت پر  متنبہ کرنا ہے کہ یہ قرآن کسی بے زور ناصح کی نصیحت نہیں ہے جسے تم نظر انداز کر دو تو تمہارا کچھ نہ بگڑے ، بلکہ یہ اُس مالکِ کائنات کا فرمان ہے جو سب پر غالب ہے ، جس کے فیصلوں کو نافذ ہونے سے کوئی طاقت روک نہیں سکتی، اور جس کی پکڑ سے بچ جانے کی قدرت کسی کو حاصل نہیں ہے ۔ اور دوسرے صفت بیان کرنے سے مقصود یہ احساس دلانا ہے کہ یہ سراسر اس کی مہر بانی ہے کہ اس نے تمہاری ہدایت و رہنمائی کے لیے اپنا رسول بھیجا اور یہ کتابِ عظیم نازل کی تاکہ تم گمراہیوں سے بچ کر اُس راہ راست پر چل سکو جس سے تمہیں دنیا و آخرت کی کامیابیاں حاصل ہوں۔
