Commentary
آیت 35 { لِیَاْکُلُوْا مِنْ ثَمَرِہٖ لا وَمَا عَمِلَتْہُ اَیْدِیْہِمْط اَفَلَا یَشْکُرُوْنَ } ”تاکہ یہ ان کے پھلوں میں سے کھائیں ‘ اور یہ سب ان کے ہاتھوں نے تو نہیں بنایا ‘ تو کیا تم لوگ شکر نہیں کرتے ؟“ یہ کھجوریں ‘ انگور اور طرح طرح کے دوسرے پھل جو یہ لوگ کھاتے ہیں ‘ یہ ان کے ہاتھوں کے بنائے ہوئے تو نہیں ہیں۔ یہ مضمون سورة الواقعہ کے دوسرے رکوع میں زیادہ زور دار اور موثر انداز میں بیان ہوا ہے۔ وہاں تکرار کے ساتھ اللہ تعالیٰ کی مختلف تخلیقات کا ذکر کر کے ہر بار یہ سوال کیا گیا ہے کہ ذرا بتائو ! یہ چیز تم نے بنائی ہے یا اس کو بنانے والے ہم ہیں ؟ علامہ اقبالؔ نے اس مضمون کی ترجمانی یوں کی ہے : ؎پالتا ہے بیج کو مٹی کی تاریکی میں کون ؟کون دریائوں کی موجوں سے اٹھاتا ہے سحاب ؟کون لایا کھینچ کر پچھم سے باد سازگار ؟خاک یہ کس کی ہے ؟ کس کا ہے یہ نور آفتاب ؟
