  1. وَلَوْاور اگر
  2. یُؤَاخِذُپکڑ لے
  3. اللّٰهُاللہ
  4. النَّاسَلوگوں کو
  5. بِمَابوجہ اس کے جو
  6. كَسَبُوْاانہوں نے کمائی کی
  7. مَانہ
  8. تَرَكَچھوڑے
  9. عَلٰیپر
  10. ظَهْرِهَااس کی پشت (پر) سے
  11. مِنْکوئی
  12. دَآبَّةٍجاندار
  13. وَّلٰكِنْلیکن وہ
  14. یُّؤَخِّرُهُمْمہلت دے رہا ہے ان کو
  15. اِلٰۤیتک
  16. اَجَلٍایک مدت (تک) کے لیے
  17. مُّسَمًّی ۚمقررہ
  18. فَاِذَاپھر جب
  19. جَآءَآجاتی ہے
  20. اَجَلُهُمْان کی مقررہ مدت
  21. فَاِنَّتو بیشک
  22. اللّٰهَاللہ تعالیٰ
  23. كَانَہے
  24. بِعِبَادِهٖاپنے بندوں کے ساتھ
  25. بَصِیْرًادیکھنے والا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اگر کہیں وہ لوگوں کو اُن کے کیے کرتوتوں پر پکڑتا تو زمین پر کسی متنفس کو جیتا نہ چھوڑتا مگر وہ انہیں ایک مقرر وقت تک کے لیے مہلت دے رہا ہے پھر جب ان کا وقت آن پورا ہوگا تو اللہ اپنے بندوں کو دیکھ لے گا

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور اگر اللہ (فوری) گرفت کرتا لوگوں کی ان کے اعمال کے سبب تو اس (زمین) کی پشت پر کوئی جاندار بھی باقی نہ چھوڑتا لیکن وہ موخر کرتا رہتا ہے ان کو ایک وقت مقرر تک پھر جب ان کا وقت ِمعین ّآ جائے گا تو اللہ یقینا اپنے بندوں کے حالات کو خود دیکھنے والا ہے

Commentary

آیت 45{ وَلَوْ یُؤَاخِذُ اللّٰہُ النَّاسَ بِمَا کَسَبُوْا مَا تَرَکَ عَلٰی ظَہْرِہَا مِنْ دَآبَّۃٍ } ”اور اگر اللہ فوری گرفت کرتا لوگوں کی ان کے اعمال کے سبب تو اس زمین کی پشت پر کوئی جاندار بھی باقی نہ چھوڑتا“ { وَّلٰکِنْ یُّؤَخِّرُہُمْ اِلٰٓی اَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّی } ”لیکن وہ موخر کرتا رہتا ہے ان کو ایک وقت مقرر تک۔“ اللہ تعالیٰ کا قاعدہ یہی ہے کہ وہ کسی مجرم یا نافرمان کی فوری طور پر پکڑ کرنے کے بجائے اسے ایک طے شدہ وقت تک مہلت دیتا رہتا ہے۔ { فَاِذَا جَآئَ اَجَلُہُمْ فَاِنَّ اللّٰہَ کَانَ بِعِبَادِہٖ بَصِیْرًا } ”پھر جب ان کا وقت ِمعین ّآ جائے گا تو اللہ یقینا اپنے بندوں کے حالات کو خود دیکھنے والا ہے۔“ اللہ کی مشیت کے مطابق طے شدہ وقت پر جب بھی کسی مجرم کی گرفت ہوگی تو اسے اپنے ایک ایک جرم کا حساب دینا پڑے گا ‘ کیونکہ ان کا کوئی معاملہ بھی اللہ کی نگاہ سے پوشیدہ نہیں ہے۔
