قُلْکہہ دیجیے
اَرَءَیْتُمْکیا دیکھا تم نے
شُرَكَآءَكُمُاپنے شریکوں کو
الَّذِیْنَوہ جن کو
تَدْعُوْنَتم پکارتے تھے
مِنْکے
دُوْنِسوا
اللّٰهِ ؕاللہ کے
اَرُوْنِیْدکھاؤ مجھ کو
مَاذَاکیا کچھ
خَلَقُوْاانہوں نے پیدا کیا ہے
مِنَسے
الْاَرْضِزمین میں (سے)
اَمْیا
لَهُمْان کے لیے
شِرْكٌکوئی حصہ ہے
فِیمیں
السَّمٰوٰتِ ۚآسمانوں (میں)
اَمْیا
اٰتَیْنٰهُمْدی ہم نے ان کو
كِتٰبًاکوئی کتاب
فَهُمْتو وہ
عَلٰیاوپر
بَیِّنَتٍایک دلیل کے ہیں
مِّنْهُ ۚاس سے
بَلْبلکہ
اِنْنہیں
یَّعِدُوعدہ کرتے
الظّٰلِمُوْنَظالم
بَعْضُهُمْان میں سے بعض
بَعْضًابعض سے
اِلَّامگر
غُرُوْرًادھوکے کا
۟

Translation and commentary

Bayan-ul-Quran

آپ ﷺ کہیے کہ کیا تم نے اپنے ان شریکوں کے بارے میں کبھی غور کیا جن کو تم اللہ کے سوا پکارتے ہو ؟ ذرا مجھے دکھائو کہ انہوں نے زمین میں کونسی چیز پیدا کی ہے یا ان کی کوئی شراکت ہے آسمانوں میں یا ہم نے انہیں کوئی کتاب عطا کی تھی اور وہ اس کی کسی واضح دلیل پر ہیں بلکہ یہ ظالم آپس میں ایک دوسرے کو وعدے نہیں دے رہے مگر فریب کے

Commentary

آیت 40{ قُلْ اَرَئَ یْتُمْ شُرَکَآئَ کُمُ الَّذِیْنَ تَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰہِ } ”آپ ﷺ کہیے کہ کیا تم نے اپنے ان شریکوں کے بارے میں کبھی غور کیا جن کو تم اللہ کے سوا پکارتے ہو ؟“ { اَرُوْنِیْ مَاذَا خَلَقُوْا مِنَ الْاَرْضِ اَمْ لَہُمْ شِرْکٌ فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ } ”ذرا مجھے دکھائو کہ انہوں نے زمین میں کونسی چیز پیدا کی ہے یا ان کی کوئی شراکت ہے آسمانوں میں !“ { اَمْ اٰتَیْنٰہُمْ کِتٰبًا فَہُمْ عَلٰی بَیِّنَتٍ مِّنْہُ } ”یا ہم نے انہیں کوئی کتاب عطا کی تھی اور وہ اس کی کسی واضح دلیل پر ہیں !“ کیا ان کے پاس ہماری نازل کردہ کوئی کتاب موجود ہے جس کی کسی واضح دلیل کی بنیاد پر انہوں نے اپنے اعتقادات اخذ کیے ہیں ؟ { بَلْ اِنْ یَّعِدُ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ بَعْضُہُمْ بَعْضًا اِلَّا غُرُوْرًا } ”بلکہ یہ ظالم آپس میں ایک دوسرے کو وعدے نہیں دے رہے مگر فریب کے۔“ یہ ظالم ایک دوسرے سے محض ُ پرفریب وعدے کر رہے ہیں۔
