  1. وَالَّذِیْۤاور جو چیز
  2. اَوْحَیْنَاۤوحی کی ہم نے
  3. اِلَیْكَآپ کی طرف
  4. مِنَسے
  5. الْكِتٰبِکتاب میں (سے)
  6. هُوَوہی
  7. الْحَقُّحق ہے
  8. مُصَدِّقًاتصدیق کرنے والی
  9. لِّمَاواسطے اس کے جو
  10. بَیْنَپہلے
  11. یَدَیْهِ ؕاس سے پہلے آئی ہے
  12. اِنَّبیشک
  13. اللّٰهَاللہ تعالیٰ
  14. بِعِبَادِهٖاپنے بندوں کے ساتھ
  15. لَخَبِیْرٌالبتہ پوری طرح باخبر ہے
  16. بَصِیْرٌدیکھنے والا ہے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

(اے نبیؐ)جو کتاب ہم نے تمہاری طرف وحی کی ذریعہ سے بھیجی ہے وہی حق ہے، تصدیق کرتی ہوئی آئی ہے اُن کتابوں کی جو اِس سے پہلے آئی تھیں۔1 بے شک اللہ اپنے بندوں کے حال سے باخبر ہے اور ہر چیز پر نگاہ رکھنے والا ہے۔2

  1.  مطلب یہ ہے کہ وہ کوئی نرالی بات نہیں پیش کر رہی ہے جو پچھلے انبیاء کی لائی ہوئی تعلیمات کے خلاف ہو، بلکہ اسی ازلی و ابدی حق کو پیش کر رہی ہے جو ہمیشہ سے تمام انبیاء پیش کرتے چلے آرہے ہیں۔

  2.  اللہ کی ان صفات کو یہاں بیان کرنے کا مقصود اس حقیقت پر متنبہ کرنا ہے کہ بندوں کے لیے خیر کس چیز میں ہے، اور ان کی ہدایت و رہنمائی ہے لیے کیا اصول موزوں ہین، اور کون سے ضابطے ٹھیک ٹھیک ان کی مصلحت کے مطابق ہیں، ان امور کو اللہ کے سوا کوئی نہیں جان سکتا، کیونکہ بندوں کی فطرت اور اس کے تقاضوں سے وہی باخبر ہے، اور ان کے حقیقی مصالح پر وہی نگاہ رکھتا ہے۔ بندے خود اپنے آپ کو اتنا نہیں جانتے جتنا ان کا خالق ان کو جانتا ہے۔ اس لیے حق وہی ہے اور وہی ہو سکتا ہے جو اس نے وحی کے ذریعہ سے بتا دیا ہے۔
