Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

کاش  تم دیکھو انہیں اُس وقت جب یہ لوگ گھبرائے پھر رہے ہوں گے اور کہیں بچ کر نہ جا سکیں گے، بلکہ قریب ہی سے پکڑ لیے جائیں گے۔1

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور کاش آپ دیکھیں جب وہ گھبرائے ہوئے ہوں گے تب بچ نکلنا ممکن نہیں ہوگا اور وہ پکڑ لیے جائیں گے قریبی جگہ سے۔

Commentary

آیت 51 { وَلَوْ تَرٰٓی اِذْ فَزِعُوْا فَلَا فَوْتَ } ”اور کاش آپ دیکھیں جب وہ گھبرائے ہوئے ہوں گے ‘ تب بچ نکلنا ممکن نہیں ہوگا“ انسانوں کی گھبراہٹ اور پریشانی کی اس کیفیت کو سورة الانبیاء کی آیت 103 میں ”الْفَزَعُ الْاَکْبَرُ“ کا نام دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ کیفیت قیامت کے اس ”زلزلے“ کے باعث ہوگی جس کا ذکر سورة الحج کی ابتدائی آیت میں اس طرح ہوا ہے : { اِنَّ زَلْزَلَۃَ السَّاعَۃِ شَیْئٌ عَظِیْمٌ۔ ”یقینا قیامت کا زلزلہ بہت بڑی چیز ہوگا۔“ { وَاُخِذُوْا مِنْ مَّکَانٍ قَرِیْبٍ } ”اور وہ پکڑ لیے جائیں گے قریبی جگہ سے۔“ جیسے کوئی پاس پڑی ہوئی چیز کو ہاتھ بڑھا کر پکڑ لیتا ہے اسی طرح انہیں آسانی کے ساتھ قابو میں کر لیاجائے گا۔
