آپ ﷺ کہیے کہ یقینا میرا رب جس کے لیے چاہتا ہے (دنیا کا) رزق وسیع کردیتا ہے اور جس کے لیے چاہتا ہے تنگ کردیتا ہے لیکن اکثر لوگ علم نہیں رکھتے۔

Commentary
آیت 36 { قُلْ اِنَّ رَبِّیْ یَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ یَّشَآئُ وَیَقْدِرُ } ”آپ ﷺ کہیے کہ یقینا میرا رب جس کے لیے چاہتا ہے دنیا کا رزق وسیع کردیتا ہے اور جس کے لیے چاہتا ہے تنگ کردیتا ہے“ اللہ تعالیٰ کے ہاں دنیا کی نعمتوں کی تقسیم لوگوں کے اعمال یا اعتقاد کی بنیاد پر نہیں ہوتی۔ چناچہ اگر کسی کے ہاں مال و دولت کی کثرت ہے تو اس کا ہرگز یہ مطلب نہیں کہ وہ اللہ کا منظورِ نظر ہے۔ حضرت سہل بن سعد الساعدی رض روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : لَــوْ کَانَتِ الدُّنْیَا تَعْدِلُ عِنْدَ اللّٰہِ جَنَاحَ بَعُوْضَۃٍ مَا سَقٰی کَافِرًا مِنْھَا شَرْبَۃَ مَائٍ 1 ”اگر دنیا کی وقعت اللہ تعالیٰ کے ہاں مچھر کے ایک َپر کے برابر بھی ہوتی تو وہ کسی کافر کو پانی کا ایک گھونٹ بھی پینے کو نہ دیتا“۔ چناچہ جس مال اور اولاد پر یہ لوگ اتراتے پھرتے ہیں اللہ کے نزدیک اس کی کوئی اہمیت نہیں ہے۔ { وَلٰــکِنَّ اَکْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا یَعْلَمُوْنَ } ”لیکن اکثر لوگ علم نہیں رکھتے۔“ اکثر لوگ اللہ کی اس تقسیم کے فلسفے کے بارے میں لا علم ہیں۔ وہ یہ بات نہیں سمجھتے کہ رزق کی کمی یا زیادتی کا تعلق کسی انسان کے اللہ کے ہاں محبوب یا مغضوب ہونے سے نہیں ہے۔
